Review P.f. Chang's - Las Vegas

SD R
Consistent like all PF Changs. I did t get pics of the entrees because i was busy getting g distracted by my co- eaters- but I can say that the appetizers were all awesome- especially the lettuce wraps. And the king pao, beef Mongolian, broccoli chicken, orange chicken and other dishes I dont remember were all likeable and memorable. Cocktails are always good.
TA
Had the tofu and broccoli dish and it was delicious. The edamame was okay, I've had better at other PF Changs. The service and environment was great!
Reign
This was a very good place. Our waiter Kevin was AWESOME! Made sure we had everything we needed. The dumplings (potstickers) were delicious. The won ton soup had a delicious deep beef/bone broth flavor. The chicken and broccoli was perfect, the chicken breast was extremely tender, as well as the lo mein noodles. The fried rice was too dry and unflavored for my liking but they switched it for me with no problem. The only thing I did not like was that when we were done with something our plates weren’t picked up as we finished a dish, so we had a lot of empty dirty plates throughout the table while we ate our main dishes. So far during our visit to Vegas this place was the best food so far. Our trip isn’t over yet so more reviews to come!
Mike Phillips!!!!!
Had an early dinner here and everything was excellent. From the food to the service! California roll sushi, egg rolls were had for apps. I enjoyed beef and broccoli for my entre. Chicken lettuce wraps was also ordered. Wait staff was excellent. Had a great view of the LV Strip. I would recommend and go again.

Love love love. I’m usually not a fan of restaurant chains but this is always the exception. Delicious food and great atmosphere and service.

Had one of the best pf Chang experiences here for lunch. Had a phenomenal waitress. And great food, better than any other location I tried.
Dina Di Fonzo
I highly recommend this Asian restaurant. My husband and I were here on Sept. 9th, 2023. We had the Won Ton soup, Dynamite Sushi & Low Mein Combo Noodles and everything was super delicious and very fresh. The prices are very reasonable. Our waiter’s name was Guth who was super helpful in helping us choose our dishes and also gave us quick service.

Of all the PF Changs I've eaten at (there are many), this is my favorite. The food and service are always great!

On short-term notice, fine dining on the strip was booked so I thought I would give P.F. Chang's a try. I was a little dissapointed when I arrived as the place seemed a little tired. We were seated at some hidden booth behind the stairs, that probably didn't help much. Service lacked a bit. I'm guessing the waiter had problems finding us at our secret location. Now for the good. Drinks arrived and they were decent. I ordered their version of a mule and it was great. We ordered edamame for an app, and it was good. The main courses were also wonderful, I had the orange chicken, very tasty. So the moral of this story is don't judge a book by its cover. On the outside, a little rough. On the inside, the food and drinks, a pleasant surprise.

Generally speaking, I love PF Chang’s. The food here was delicious. It came fast. It was hot and fresh. The servings were huge!!! There’s decent seating so you don’t necessarily need a reservation. The only odd thing was that our waiter warned us that the orange chicken was spicy. I’ve had it many times and it’s never been spicy. It was also not spicy when we ate at this location. I don’t know who would thing it was spicy. It was very good though!

This place never disappoints! Been to many locations and always a great experience. This is a tradition in Vegas for us. Great location in Planet Hollywood , patio seating right on the strip. Very clean and friendly staff. Yes the prices are higher here than in other PF changa so prepare your self .

Can’t ever go wrong with PF Changs! Started off with the lettuce wraps … because, well you have to! Sesame chicken was my main entree. The portion was huge and delicious.

Let me start by saying that I am giving this great reviews because the manager came through and made things great. The waitress we had told us it was her first night alone. She forgot to put the appetizer in at first but did so later. Well apparently the kitchen was running behind and I mean way behind. I think it took maybe 45 minutes to an hour to get part of our food, not everything. Sadly one portion was getting cold waiting on the other so we ate what was hot. The manager came out and said she would have the kitchen redo the entire meal. That was great but at that point, we had eaten some food as we were starving. We told her a few minutes later not to do that as we were fine but we needed our bill cut due to all of this. Not only did she cover our entire meal minus the drinks, she gave us gift cards to use in the future an another P.F. Changs. They boxed the food up and we donated it. She came through for the restaurant so for that I have to give good ratings. That is customer service at it finest.

We love P. F. Chang’s food, staff and ambiance. We absolutely go there on every Vegas getaway, and this time we went twice during our stay. Of course the signature lettuce wraps are a must try, they are spectacular, and this time we discovered how good their Mongolian beef and hot-and-sour soup are. Our server Steve was a delight, and he suggested some new dishes and great drinks, which we gladly tried, and BAM! they were amazing. Great staff, great experience. We will be back!

PF Chang’s is my go to place for Asian/Chinese food. My last visit to PF Chang’s on Las Vegas Blvd did not disappoint! Service at the bar was fine, the staff were happy to help with their recommendations. It took a bit longer than I expected to get my main however, the staff kept checking on it and updated me on the waiting time. Sweet and sour chicken was tasty and well presented; flavor was well balanced between the sweet and sour ingredients used. The sauce was not spicy at all. I would have liked a little less vegetables and bit more chicken. Fried egg rice was a nice premium side to go with the chicken. The rice portion was generous and really filling.

The food was hot and fresh. The service was outstanding. If I had to give a letter grade it would be an A+ to both of my servers. Steven & Myla. The ambiance was outstanding.. I would recommend PF Chang's on Las Vegas boulevard without hesitation. The manager Sheila and her team doing outstanding job serving their customers. HATS OFF !!
Tammy Stevens Dalton
Food was amazing and I cannot recommend highly enough the banana spring roll dessert!! Holy cow!! Your welcome
Mary Ann Reiser
Awesome food, great wine, fantastic server . Celebrating my friends 70th birthday was very memorable and special at PF Chang's . Thank you.
Dave Rutland
Superb food and excellent staff! Would highly recommend it better than the one in Abu Dhabi!
Lissette Maisonet-Olivo
The food was pretty good. The only negative thing I can say is check with your bartenders that they do not ever serve old mint leaves with the coconut mojito as it made the drink taste really bad because of the old leaves. Otherwise, the food was good.
David Castillo
Service was great and so was the food. We had a good, nice friendly waiter. We will definitely come back for a nice evening out on the Strip and PF Chang’s.
Mikala Luna
Tammy was the best server, nice and attentative.
Vicky Andrew
Was terrific every time we have gone there great food, drinks, service Loved it!! We will always go there when in Vegas!!
Laurie Villeneuve Dafoe
Service was excellent and the food awesome! There was a delay on an appetizer but our server removed from our bill. Not necessary but appreciated!
Walter A. Steir
We were celebrating Nephews birthday dinner with a party of 12. Had a private room with awesome service and food! Thank you for making it special!
Ted Campbell
Both the food and service were very good. We were part of a large group ... one dish was found to be unsatisfactory ~ it was removed promptly, without question and taken off the bill. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our meals.
Angie Bohannon-Sangster
Bad experience when the bartender got attitude because he was asked first to remove a beverage that had already been charged for and then another beverage that someone else wanted to pay for. Because I’ve waited tables I’m usually more generous when tipping but because he threw the receipt on the counter to us not once but twice and because he muttered to the gentleman sitting beside us that gratuity was not included I left him with that and a message that attitude is everything...guess I won’t be visiting again soon

Amazing food and great service. Our waiter was very informative and service was very quick. Food was so fresh and delicious.

Okay, food. Nothing great<br/><br/>We were roaming on the strip and saw this. Came here for dining. We got the small table near the window overlook of strip. Service was very slow. The waiter came for drink order after 10 minutes. And it was not crowded at all. Anyway, we ordered Chang’s spicy chicken and chicken fried rice.<br/><br/>Fried rice was good, but we returned spicy chicken as it was very blunt with no vegetables. Not sure why they call it their specialty. We ordered Thai harvest curry with chicken, little did I know my wife does not like coconut in Thai curry. <br/><br/>So it was fried rice which saved us .lol.. but Thai curry was good. Time taken in both the entrée, was too much and we finished our rice meanwhile, so when Thai curry came, no rice left in the plate.<br/><br/>The ambiance was good, but service was very very slow.
Sonia Sood
Lovely Asian cuisine steps away from the gaming tables inside Planet Hollywood. Desserts are majestic. Especially the chocolate cake. Gets crowded at times and the wait could be 30 mi,utes or more for larger parties. Ask your server for their suggestions you can’t go wrong.
Somosmita Mitra
The food was delicious but there was a long wait in spite of half the top floor being empty . Happy hours is an excellent time to visit. The servers could have been friendlier and more helpful with the food.
Bill Seabrook
We came here for dinner with another couple. The cocktails were perfectly made and the menu choices were creative. I enjoyed each item we ordered. Everything was creative and tasty. The ambiance was excellent. The mood was fun. The best part was how reasonable the final bill was.

This restaurant had a very convenient location just situated on the strip, I food was good , service was abit slow due to large quantities of customers, but overall a good experience
MK Mishra
This restaurant never disappoints. We ordered appetisers that came after the mains and so the manager happily took care without asking. Crispy green beans cauliflower eggplants kungpao shrimps and noodles. Everything was great
Reza
simply the best chinese cuisine in LA so far perhaps. I ordered changs spicy chicken, mongolian beef, beef a la sichuan<br/>crispy honey chicken, pad thai ,fried rice and hokkien street noodles. The place was good too.Everything was special except the hokkien street noodles because I thought it was too dry. I would definitely back to this place<br/><br/>
Tracy
Very disappointed. Food wasn't very hot. Spring rolls were ok. Wonton soup was ok. Chicken and broccoli was horrible. It seemed as though everything was separate and not cooked together. Like they dumped the ingredients in a bowl right before they gave it to me. Didn't seem fresh. Won't be going back. With that said service was good.
Good Food Good Mood
I like to be in America 🎶. Let's talk about this mind blowing six tiered chocolatey life changing experience I had in Vegas. Moist. Creamy. Shining simmering splendid. Why no PF Changs in Australia?? That crispy honey shrimp was fantastical. The chicken lettuce cups were recommended to me as their signature dish and even though I don't eat mushrooms I gave it a whirl so in love with this place was I. The nature of where you are I was expecting really Americanised Chinese food but there was definitely some authentic flavours in the traditional dishes. Service is always brilliant in America due to the reliance by waitstaff on tipping but our guy was exceptiona. We were conveniently staying in the Planet Hollywood hotel it was located in but sadly didn't get the chance to return. I left comforted knowing there were a lot of other locations in the world and we would meet again

I've tried before my visit to las vegas PF chang in Lebanon, the Strip branch is by far much better. As usual my favorite dish there is the dynamite shrimp and the cocktails are amazing. When I go back to vegas I will definitely make a stop.<br/><br/><br/>Date: May 2015

We were completely drained after walking on the strip for almost 4 hours and finally decided on a stop over at PF Chang's to curb our hunger. The boys decided to order drinks and I engaged in soup - sangria, beer and hot n sour chicken soup. Soup was average and the sangria had added Colors in it (never seen that before). We then ordered cecilia's dumplings (shrimps) drizzled with chilli sauce which were outstanding. For main course we preferred fried rice and Kung pao chicken which was flavourful. Ambience was ok and the service was also good. And extra point for service.

First off, we got outstanding service from our server Bruce. He was fully into it and was full of energy. The food came promptly after we ordered and he was always there to refill our drinks even before the glass was empty. Felt very welcome ... better than most other P.F. Chang's outlets I have been to.<br/><br/>The food was staple stuff ... this is not the mist authentic Chinese food but it has been adapted for the mainstream market. The portion sizes were good for sharing. Of the several dishes we ordered the lettuce wraps, salt and pepper Shrimp, cauliflower tempura and Singapore firecracker chicken were really good. Other dishes were average. <br/><br/>Overall a very positive experience and would definitely go back with a group of friends.
David Way
Good spring rolls with high crisp, calamari salt and spice solid, crab wontons ok. Mains beef with broc excellent, good pad thai combo, kung pao shrimp good also. Dessert hit was the banana spring rolls and ice cream is high quality. Very happy group if 6 and service top notch.

Peta’s recommendations: CHANG’S CHICKEN LETTUCE WRAPS <br/>Our signature appetizer. Wok-seared chicken, mushrooms, green onions and water chestnuts served over crispy rice sticks with cool, crisp lettuce cups & VIP DUCK A tender half duck served Cantonese-style and glazed with a sweet soy plum sauce. Served with flatbread, scallions and cucumbers
Deepali Agarwalla (Grub_A_fare)
Got a chance to visit the restaurant after a round of excessive shopping. Arriving at my hungriest, we started off with the crab wantons - the sauce was delish but the stuffing was a bit too sticky. Also ordered the seafood rice - which had good flavour and a great mix of well prepared seafood. The chicken was crispy and the noodles were well prepared but a little low on salt. Overall it was a good meal and we were stuffed beyond hope ;-P
Rami Dakdouk
Delicious. Amazing place. Amazing service. Great dishes. Perfect dessert. What else to say? Just I preferred some dishes the way they are prepared and presented like I used to order them back then in Lebanon. Like the dynamite shrimp etc. bigger pieces, crunchier, crispier etc. there was a small problem w my Kong pou chicken and it was fixed right away and even removed from the bill. Recommended.

Traveling all across the west coast of U.S. We reached Las Vegas. We wanted to have Chinese food and we decided on P.F.Chang's.We have already been to their branches in east coast and Dubai and had always liked the food.<br/>It is located on the famous and happening Strip of Las Vegas. Our hotel is also on the strip and so it was a 10-15 minutes walk for us.<br/>The place is very busy, but we were immediately attended. Our server took very good care of us.The service was excellent.<br/>The decor is nice and has a oriental feel.It is very spacious with ground floor and upstairs dining area. They also have a nice bar as soon as you enter.<br/>We ordered ginger beer and red wine as our drinks. The ginger beer is home made and it was excellent. We had long green beans tempura, tofu lettuce wrap and veg spring rolls as our starters. It was very good especially the tempura and lettuce wrap. Our main course was veg fried rice and veggies in coconut curry.Even this was awesome. We really enjoyed our meal.We would definitely come back and try it all across the globe, whenever we are traveling.

Good value during happy hour!. Enjoyed a great meal on the deck and people watched! The service was attentive and the food was served quickly and tasted great. The waiter, Tom, was awesome! He provided good suggestions and actually saved me some money (more to gamble with). Great location and food.

I've eaten at several PF Changs around the globe and find their food to be good and consistent. Besides, I was craving some Chicken Lettuce Wraps when I was in Vegas a few weeks ago. I walked in, it was busy, but they were able to find me a table in the back, beside a window. I ordered the lettuce wraps to start and the Hunan-Style Hot Fish as my entree. Starter came out quickly and tasted awesome. The fish was good, but not something I would order again. Service was fantastic!

PFChang _Las Vegas Boulevard. This was our first visit to this restaurant. It had been recommended to us. We tried the calamari ( good!) and the lettuce wraps ( good -huge portion) and the two Vietnamese lemongrass egg rolls. Not the cheapest Chinese food we had ever ordered but it was good overall.<br/><br/>The waiter showed us the 4 fancy drink section and said these drinks were huge, enough for 2 people to enjoy during dinner. The menu printed price as $10 next to each choice. so we ordered the spiced rum, thinkit it was $10. It was a huge glass. When the bill came the price for the drink was $18!! Wow that is $8 more!!!!! When I brought it to the attention of the waiter he said .............. I don't know why that always happens............ he went got us a menu and sure enough in real small print was the $18 price listed for the large glass for two people at the bottom of the section. He knew all along and merely took advantage of us and 'upsold' us and pretended not to know what was happening.......... DONT LET that happen to you. What was a really good meal could have prevented us from coming back ever. <br/><br/>Management should train their staff to be completely HONEST about the prices and not sneakily upsell the customer.......... does not reflect well on the waiter or the restaurant. <br/><br/>If you go to PF Changs - watch out for this and don't TIP if it happens to you - maybe that will get the message to Management.

Pretty daym good for fake Chinese food.. Obviously real Chinese food is a hell of a lot cheaper, but PF Chang's offers a really cool shared meal which was great for trying out all the foods. Between 6 people we got 9 meals to share plus soup and dessert. Everything was super tasty, however after a while everything became really really salty. I suggest asking for less salt? Over all it was decently priced and food was good.
Dennis Glays
Outstanding.! Everything was fresh and looked as good as it tasted. Service was great. Price was reasonable for what we received.
DutchParty
Great Chinese dining, come back here every time. Tasty dishes to share and they mix up some nice cocktails too!

Cart before the horse. One of the few reviews BEFORE I eat there but we are travelling to Las Vegas tomorrow (10/14/13) and I can only hope it was nearly as good as the one we encountered in Anaheim 2 years ago. By far and I mean BY FAR the best Chinese food I have ever had. Looking forward to what PF'S Vegas has to offer!! *UPDATE* Just got back from Vegas and PF Changs did not disappoint! Was not quite as good as our time in Anaheim but very close! Solid meals every time!

Food was so so, but the service is absolutely amazing for a restaurant like this. Our waitress, although very busy, were attentive to our needs. We ordered three dishes, one appetizer and 2 drinks. Because one of our dishes came 30 after everything else. The manager personally came out to apologize and took our drinks, appetizer and that dish off of our bill. Exactly what we expected at a fine dining restaurant like this. Will be back one day when we return to Vegas again.

On a quiet Sunday morning, we had breakfast here.  It was tranquil and quaint.  Coffee waked the senses.  I ordered Eggs Benedict, most delicious.  The potatoes with peppers were a perfect complement.
Brewbrother
Good food good service but..... PF Changs had some great food. loved the hot and sour soup. But the ice tea looked like a science experiment. It had the look of unfiltered apple cider. Our server said "it always looks that way." I am doubtful she would have drank it. Might be a lLas Vegas style tea or maybe the south has spoiled me as far as tea quality goes. Otherwise very enjoyable.

Paul Flemming is the PF. Have been several times in the Dallas, LA markets. well done ,great value, quality good.<br/><br/>Coming to Canada this year, will be a home run option if you<br/>like asian cuisine

False Advertising !!!!!. We visited the place for Happy Hour 3-5 in Las Vegas. Even though it is in a winter magazine and on the Hotel sign in bright lights we were told very rudely by kids running the place it has been discontinued. Corporate Greed!!
M. Gravano
Loooong wait.. Food was cold and service SUCKED! However, all resturants on the strip have horribel service. Everyone knows that.

Go somewhere else. I've eaten kung pao chicken around the world including China. P.F. Chang's version is KFC meets Taco Bell. It was so salty in nearly gave me a stroke. Battered deep fried chicken in kung pao? Please! Fortunately, my wife shared her eggplant dish, but I could only eat a little fearing a diabetic coma from the sauce. This was the only restaurant I have found that is worse than a steam table buffet or Panda.
Mathew Bliss
Food was quite good, as always at P.F. Chang's. Service was slow, but courteous and good otherwise. Waitress was good, the food was just slow to arrive.
Wayne
Terrible experience-Poor service at the bar-Waited 10 minutes for service - Food was fair at best with two courses served at the same time. To many great places in vegas to ever try here again.
Abbey
Fabulous. Wontons were delicious as were the chicken lettuce wraps. Duck a little overcooked but a great meal nonetheless. Service was outstanding.
Purdey
Very vibrant atmosphere and the service was really good. The food is not authentic Chinese , but was still very good. The price was comparable with an average price tag of $15 per dish. The portions were good. Overall expeience: thumbs up.
I Love Food
Amazing.... We were about 1/2 block away from this place and you can smell the food mmmm.....then after a few drinks we came back to it and had one of the best meals on the trip. i could of ate here everyday while in vegas!

Tasty!

First Time Dinner, had a horrible time!. I went to P.F Chang's for the first time ever and i was super excited because i love chinese food and all my friends said great things about this chain of restuarants, so finally on 6/26/2010 i had dinner reservations for a table of 5 at 7;30pm checked in at 7:20pm and the host stand said it would only be 5 to 10 mins after res time to get seated. my party explained that we had a show at 8:30 to catch, and asked if we shud eat somewhere else and the host stand guarunteed us that we would be fine. we didnt get seated until 8:00pm and the waitress had a super bad attitude and said i cant get the food out that fast and pretty much argued with us about us telling her we needed the food rushed. finally after argueing enough we got a manager to the table and it took the manager coming to the table to get a sense of urgency. i the food finally came and the whole time the server was like chuck norris in a mia film , missing in action, so not only did i feel rushed i also felt abandoned. the food was no better than panda express at 5 times the cost. if i wanted to feel rushed and taste garbage i could've gone to the foodcourt and ate at a panda express or chicken connection for the same taste and half the price. There desserts looked amazing as i was exiting the restuarant, i dont know what they tasted like because i didnt have the chance to order a dessert due to the genius host stand. also use the bathroom before you go because the restaurant does not have any, you have to leave the restaurant and go search in the casino for a restroom. but i will give this restaurant credit and the benifit of the doubt once it took argueing for 10mins and the manager having to get involved, the manager was able to get the food out quickly. this was the worst expierence ive ever had eating out in las vegas. this restaurant has a long way to go before ill ever return or recomend it to any one. i work at a much finer restaurant on the strip, im not going to say which one, but i will say that because i work in a restaurant i try my best not to be a pest or get upset because ive been there, but the attitude from the servers and the lies from the host stand did not help.
Crisamar Javellana Anunciado
Take out takes too long. We had to wait 30 minutes for our take out. They did not give us enough iceberg lettuce for three orders of lettuce wraps, did not give us any rice for our entree orders, and forgot to give us any napkins.
J. Clifton
Very Good!! If the line/wait is long and you are hungry and can't wait just ask the hostess if the upstairs bar has room. She will call up there and see if there is and most times for parties of 4 or less you can get seated up there with no wait. The service is great and so is the food.
Cw
Yum. Being right off the casino floor - doesn't get any more convenient than that. I've never been disappointed with PF Changs - they didn't let me down again. Spicy chicken delivered - mmmmm!
Bjpjsmom
Love it!!. This resturant lives up to the PF Changs name...YUMMY!!<br/>Chicken Lettuce wraps were wonderful--as were the orange peel shrimp.<br/>The egg drop soup was to die for!! <br/>Definitely one we will visit again!!!

During our visit to Vegas we decided to try P. F. Changs located in the Planet Hollywood Hotel.  It has an elegant and dramatic feel when you walk in. The waiter came over and gave us a menu right away. We chose the dynamite shrimp as a starter.
