Excellent curation of menu items. Immensely knowledgeable staff. My only gripe is that I wanted hot tea to go but they didn't have any appropriate to go cups. Wanted to have it with a dessert. Sad day. But amazing food. Worth the money. And the Yozu soy sauce. Omfg!

Excellent Japanese cuisine, price is a little bit high but the food quality is definitely meet that level. And the huge variety of wine selection will fit those wine lovers.

In town for Blackhat and Def-con decided to stay at the Virgin Hotel mainly to see if the nobu here was as good as Malibu and London. Every bit as good! Excellent service and knowledgeable staff. Great happy hour specials. The sweet Ebi and Uruk’s were delicious as was everything else. Will be back basically every night while I’m here 👏👏👏👏🍣🍱🍣

Similar to every Nobu I’ve dined in, including the flagship. Some dishes are unique, creative, delicious and worth coming out for but too often, others are overly promoted, highly priced, middle of road disappointments. The formula is definitely working for them and I’m certain that NM wants uniformly great consistency, but mixed results with a questionable value appears to be the norm.

First off Carlos makes this restaurant AMAZING! Tell him what you like and he will make it, off menu or whatever. The service is amazing! The fried shrimp tempura is great and so is the lychee martini. Atmosphere is cool and medium quiet. Everyone was amazing thank you Nobu !

Somewhat off the beaten path but OH SO WORTH the detour! We made a 6pm dinner reservation at Nobu on Saturday night and subsequently bought tickets to a 7pm show so our meal had to be quickly paced. Our INCREDIBLE waiter Mason made sure we received the best of the Nobu experience - he asked for our preferences and dietary restrictions and assembled an outstanding meal with multiple dishes, from cold appetizers and the classic black miso cod, to sushi and even a few pieces of mochi for dessert! Everything we had was super tasty, the seasonings and marinades were sooo good without overpowering the core ingredients. We loved this meal and especially appreciated the service and hospitality of our very knowledgeable waiter. MUST GO!

Had a great experience here for my husband's birthday. The food and service were both excellent. It's not worth knocking off a star, but I will say that I did not like the atmosphere at this location as much as the ones at Caesar's and Sensei (Lanai). There were several tables of people who, in my opinion, were quite underdressed, and a couple loud, slightly rowdy parties. Not necessarily a bad thing, particularly if you're looking for a more casual fine dining experience, but not what we were expecting given our previous Nobu experiences. My husband and I did the Las Vegas style chef's tasting menu, and it did not disappoint. The live octopus and scallop, hot stone wagyu, and bento box were absolute favorites. It was about a 2.5 hour experience, and everything was well coursed out. We left satisfied but not uncomfortably full. All in all, I highly recommend Nobu, and this location if you're looking for a casual, lively night out.

01/02/2022: 4.95 out of 5 - I came into Las Vegas from Portland, Oregon. to celebrate the new year. I was excited to see that Nobu was at the Virgin Hotel Las Vegas where I, my wife and her family was staying. It was opportunity that I needed and wanted to try Nobu considering the history and stories behind the famous chef, Nobuyuki "Nobu" Matsuhisa. Unfortunately, at first, Nobu was all booked. We had a party of 7, and no tables were available. So, the manager did ask to check back at 6:00 PM when they open to see if there were any cancellations that they can possibly accommodate us. 6:00 PM rolled around, the call was made and we were in! Party of 7 was to be seated at 8:00 PM. Late dinner for some but, nonetheless, we were able to get a table. We get there at 8:00 PM, the staff was ready for us. Which was good, after all, there are "power eaters" in my group. However, one must remember, this is Nobu where the average check is $135 a person! The establishment was fine Japanese dining. Impressively clean and laid out quite well. It wasn't as noisy as I thought it would have been, which was excellent as I prefer to have a great conversation without having to yell across the table, or worse, conversation through text (we've all been there). The staff were friendly and very professional. Clean, attentive, quick and responsive without the intrusion. Our drinking glasses were always full! Now the food and drinks. What can I say? Despite of some things not on the menu due to logistical issues that was out of their hands, everything was delicious and presented artfully. Sake was served chill, which went well with the foods that we ordered. The variety of meat texture was just silky smooth, all the vegetables was a melody that complimented the all dishes. It was very tasty from start to finish. And, speaking of finish, we did have the desserts. It didn't seem a lot at first, but it packed in a lot to enjoy. All in all, at the end of any meal I will ask, "Would you come back?" My answer if given the opportunity? Absolutely! This may be the highest rating I have given any restaurant, but it's well-deserving of it. Nobu Las Vegas at Virgin Hotel met all of my expectations from atmosphere to staff to drinks and food. If you get a chance, try it once and decide for yourself. Enjoy!

I believe this Nobu is strictly Omasake, chef choice dining. No menu is given, only wine/cocktail list. No mention of pricing, and many types of seafood was out of stock. Server, will ask what you like, dislike, or allergies. We had 3 people. not knowing what we had, until it was bought out. We did mentioned, we liked Uni. The Uni, was very fresh. and high quality. Never had such delicious Uni. The sliced scallops was also great. We ordered 2 bottles of mineral water, and one non alcoholic drink. Total damage was $500. Will we try again, probably not. But, it is something, you should experience. Sushi at Nobu is high-end. Food will not fill you up completely.
