Well, let me share with you my experience at Prime Steakhouse. Now, I'm not going to beat around the bush - it's pricey. Like, really pricey. But hey, sometimes you've got to splurge a bit, right?
Now, onto the steak. It was good, don't get me wrong. Cooked just the way I like it, and the flavors were there. But I've got to be honest here, I've been to other steakhouses that just hit the mark a bit better. Maybe it's just my personal taste, but I felt like something was missing.
That's not to say I didn't enjoy myself. I did. The atmosphere was great and the service was on point. It's just that when I'm paying top dollar, I'm expecting a little more, you know?
So, would I go back? Yeah, I probably would. But then again, I might also check out a few other places first. After all, there's a whole world of steaks out there waiting for me!

We have dined at many upscale steakhouses. I must say our experience this evening (7/31/23) at Prime Steakhouse was Amazing. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary & were seated at a window table with a great view of the fountains. Our Waiter, I don't recall his name at this moment, was very professional! I ordered the Beef Short Rib & my husband ordered the New York Strip. The portion size was unexpectedly large. After dinner, we were presented a plate with 2 wonderful French macaroons & the Words "Happy Anniversary" written in chocolate. It was a very nice touch to a great dinning experience. We also ordered the Mango Passion fruit & mixed berry Gelato. Both flavors were refreshingly good. Overall, everything was wonderful. We were actually full when we left the restaurant. We will definitely dine here again.

This was one of our many highlights in Vegas . From the start of dinner, till the end , we had the backdrop of the fountains on the terrace. We had Rob And Vicente serving us for the night. They where very attentive and great fun. We had fantastic wine recommended by the sommelier Johnny Burke . Great guys . They have been working there since the Bellagio opened over 25 years ago . The Terrace is so cool and very romantic for photos . There is lots of heat above so no fear of getting chilly in November. The food and wine was divine!!! We had our photos taken by their photographer which was a bonus as we have a captured memory of our night. Thanks so much guys. We will be back . Highly recommend this Gem xx

Wow! THE best seat/show/meal in Vegas. We had an incredible view of the Bellagio fountain show. The service was perfection and the food was sublime. I had the Parmesan crusted chicken. It was very good but the Parmesan leave the chicken a touch dry but still very enjoyable. My younger daughter had the salmon and that was excellent. The presentation was beautiful and the salmon was thick and meaty. My older daughter had the rib eye.. perfection. The house sauce is excellent. The service was spot on. My water glass was never more than half empty.

Honestly, if it weren't for the location and the decor, this is basically an overpriced Outback. Out of 4 steaks, they got two of them wrong. Lobster undercooked. Service was poor for the price point.
Drinks were massively overpriced. Wouldn't waste my money here, there's better places in vegas.

Prime Steakhouse at the Bellagio truly exceeded all expectations. The steaks were cooked to absolute perfection and each bite was a taste of pure indulgence. The sides complemented the meal wonderfully and were downright delicious. The desserts? Simply fantastic. To top it all off, the service was impeccable, making the dining experience truly memorable. Definitely one of our all-time favorite spots in Las Vegas. Highly recommended!"

My wife and I were able to recreate our first year anniversary in which we actually dined
at prime. This 10-year anniversary redo is just an amazing experience and we enjoyed ourselves. The service was great. The ambiance was fantastic. The food was delightful

Requested the fountain view seating outside, it was so romantic & beautiful ,
the classical music playing with the fountain show . As we ate our amazing steaks it was like a dream .
The truffle mash potatoes are the Bomb!!!
*Definitely recommend this place *

Prime Steakhouse was awesome!! The staff were so polite and nice! First off was the bread service! This bread was sooooo soft and so yummy!! And the butter was perfect! Next We ordered the bacon wrapped shrimp for our appetizer and they were good but I probably wouldn't order it again. The bacon flavor is overwhelming. Bacon flavor is good but I wish I could have tasted the shrimp a little more. After that came our salad. We went with the strawberry goat cheese! Yum yum yum! So good! It was nice and refreshing! With just the perfect amount of fresh cracked pepper this is a must try salad! Next came the main course. We ordered the 12oz NY strip with Lobster mac, cream spinach and a sweet almost elote style corn. All we're excellent! The steak was so good even tho I asked for medium rare it came out almost well done. The steak has an amazing peppercorn sear on it.... So good!! The Lobster mac was as it should be coming from a world class kitchen. Chefs kiss!! So good!! Loved the cream spinach! And the corn was just as good as the first 2!!
The food was great!

Delicious! Had the filet mignon. Just the best! The corn was amazing! The warm table bread was to die for! The house specialty sauce complimented the steak perfectly. Our amazing servers were Oscar & Russel. They took service to the next level. So happy & satisfied with the experience & food. Thank you!

Best restaurant in Vegas. Disappointed that a patio seat costs $175 to reserve (each person must spend that much on food and drink), but we were not disappointed with the inside dining. The interior is elegantly decorated in blues with very low lighting. We chose the Chilean sea bass and short ribs as entrees with a side of carrots. For dessert, we enjoyed 3 scoops of ice cream on a bed of cookie crumbles. The food was beyond excellent. The bass literally melted in the mouth. The short ribs had such a home cooked taste with bbq sauce on top. The service was top tier, from check-in to the wait and bus staff. 5 stars

Exceptional place for a wedding dinner, anniversary, or special birthday celebration. Joseph, our server, was awesome and knowledgeable about the menu. We were celebrating our 19th wedding anniversary and we were so very pleased. I highly recommend it to all. Oh, did I mention that you can have a view of the World Famous Dancing Light Show while you dine. It's just remarkable to see. Thank you, Prime Steakhouse, for an amazing and memorable evening.

I was probably just deliriously happy from the mist of the Bellagio fountains but... It was AMAZING. Table by the fountain if you can. The service was excellent and our waiters were friendly, knowledgeable about the food or ingredients for modifications, personable not arrogant.
You need great weather to make outdoor seating the ideal experience.
I had my first authentic Japanese wagyu here and it was worth the wait. Even the veggie sides and appetizers were delicious. The waiters recommendation on cocktail was perfect for me though the combination of spices was unexpected. No capacity left for dessert, the appetizer and entree was so filling. As a tip for butter alternative with the yummy rosemary bread, ask for olive oil and pepper.

Food, service, atmosphere are all 5 star. Little pricey but well worth the money. This one is in my two favorite restaurants. The shimp wrapped in bacon is insane!!!! And the dry age ribeye is crazy!!!!!

I tried prime steakhouse for the first time for my fiancés birthday. They made it a very special evening. The dinner was amazing I went with the chefs special which was a wagyu steak and a lobster tail with Mac and cheese and a salad. It was delicious and gave my fiancé a nice birthday desert.

One of my favorite steak houses in Vegas. Actually, one of the few restaurants I'll order a steak at....period.
We split a 50 Oz Tomahawk Ribeye. It was delicious as always. Highly recommend this place. You will not be disappointed.
