Jose Andres has a Michelin star for a reason. This restaurant was well hidden from the hustle and bustle of the Sahara casino it's attached to. Arrived before our reservation and seating was timely. The tasting menu was wonderful!

The food was excellent and cooked to perfection. We ordered à la carte and enjoyed our meals. The presentation and service were amazing and our server was knowledgeable and extremely helpful to our questions since this was our first time being here. I will definitely go again

Let's start by saying this:" Everyone was blown away"! From the minute we showed up through leaving, this was a true 5-star experience. We had the Jose tasting. About 10 items of food, love! There are too many items to even begin talking about, but we left full and just amazed by the choice of items and their vastly different and exciting tastes. Your mouth explodes with flavors, both familiar and unknown. A true stop spot if you're in Vegas!

Wow! One of the very best meals I’ve ever had…and I’ve enjoyed many! Every aspect of the dining experience was superb! Marvin & the team were attentive, professional & extremely knowledgeable about the amazing menu. He helped us select an incredible meal, being careful to avoid or make substitutions for some dietary restrictions in the group. The fois gras cotton candy lollipops are not to be missed…a little bite of heaven! The little gems salad was crisp & flavorful! The meatballs!! What is in the sauce that makes them so delicious? Then for entrees our party of 5 shared the suckling pig & bone in NY strip…beautiful presentation, perfectly cooked delectable meats & interesting accompaniments. It was truly a dining experience.

Great food, good drinks, cool ambiance. This place is ‘to be seen’ without being over the top. I appreciated that not everyone was on their phone taking photos for social media, except I was for this review. Haha!
It’s been some time since we dined there but I remembered the good experience/service (staff was very friendly and attentive) and the food and cocktails were delish. We didn’t pay for the meal, as it was comped via credits our friends had accumulated over time, but honestly, the feast was really good, and I’d pay for it if we went back.
Would definitely come back to eat here and stay at the hotel, which was also really nice after the remodel (Marra Tower is cool).

My wife and I visited this past Saturday and MY GOODNESS, talk about a true 5-star experience! Walking in was like visiting the coolest hunting lodge you've ever been to and our server, Sunday, was knowledgeable, attentive and exceedingly funny!
I tried their tasting menu and literally EVERYTHING was excellent, nearly half the items I had I'd never had before visiting but now that I have I don't think I'll ever forget! The cotton candy foie gras was interesting, and the steak tartare tasted like the richest roast beef sandwich you've ever had. Our server who dropped off the the croquettas de pollo mentioned they taste like chicken pot pie and HE DID NOT LIE lol my wife and I were literally joking through the whole meal about how LAUGHABLY good the food was.
We were super antsy on the build up to the main course of Wagyu ribeye and Chateaubriand (my wife's choice) but then we got our shareables and went to meat euphoria. Both steaks were grilled to perfection and the pan sauce that came with the Chateaubriand was INSANELY rich and decadent. Even as the night wound down and the food had started to get a little cold, the flavors were still prominent.
Finally for dessert were the assorted pies and let me tell you, each one on its own would've been a highlight for the evening. I legitimately wanted about 20 of each in a box to take back to the hotel with us!
If you ever get a chance you've gotta go. It's a bit of a drive up the Strip but it is 100% worth it. I'm definitely bringing my friends next time I'm in town because woooooow

I love this restaurant!!! This atmosphere is beautiful. It’s a little bit dark inside and it’s definitely helps set the mood if you’re on a romantic date. I visited this restaurant with some of my friends and we enjoyed all of our food. Some of my friends had visited this restaurant before and recommended the restaurant to me.
They have a tasting menu. I personally don’t eat steak, raw meat, and I don’t drink alcohol. So I wasn’t interested in that. However, one of my friend had it before and she spoke pretty highly of it. I was also told by my friend that if one person does a tasting, they want the whole table to do the tasting. I don’t know if that is strictly enforced or not. However, if you going with a picky eater like myself, maybe check into that before hand.
So, I don’t remember the names of everything, but I will do my best. I had sloppy joes and chicken croquettes for appetizers. They were delicious!!! The croquettes were served in a high heel pump, super cute! The sloppy joes were tender and even the bread was delicious. I ordered roasted chicken, mushrooms and mashed potatoes. All the food was seasoned very well! The mashed potatoes were the best I have ever had. My friends ordered a couple of different steaks, oxtail soup, cotton candy, asparagus, and roasted carrots. We also ordered several different tarts for desserts. We had key lime, peach, there were some others but I don’t remember the names, and a chocolate cookie. We loved everything!!!!
You ordered your entrees first because the meats take an hour to prepare. They have five different kitchens in the restaurant and you can see them all. Our server told us that on Fridays and Saturdays there is a two hour time limit for every table. She said I should have received a text message regarding that and I didn’t, that’s my only negative. Our server was very informative and nice. Our bill was a little over $500. They don’t split checks but they will take multiple forms of payments. I will be back!!! You should definitely try this restaurant!!!!

I have been here twice and this is by far the best restaurant in America!! We had the chef tasting menu and it was unforgettable! The cotton candy foie gras and the deconstructed anchovies stuffed olive and tomato caprese were all incredible!! We went in February 2023 for my birthday and I have been talking about this restaurant all year. The flavors are phenomenal. The staff gives 1st class service. We had the most romantic and beautiful evening because of how amazing this place is orchestrated. The Chef treats every dish like a work of art. By far the best food and fine dining we’ve ever had in our lives.

Celebrating a birthday with family and Bazaar Meat was picked by the Birthday boy himself. It was my first time and they did not disappoint. From the amazing appetizers, main course and amazing dessert variety. I literally forgot to take pictures as food arrived at the table....but captured a few of the aftermath!
This is an amazing experience.
