Review Brio Italian Grille - Las Vegas

Italian food has always been one of my favorite cuisines. This spot was recommended to me by a friend who raved about the food. We ordered the Lobster & Shrimp Fettuccine, Shrimp & Eggplant, Strawberry Balsamic Chicken Salad and Sausage carbonara pasta with fried egg. All the dishes were flavorful and seasoned well. However, the lobster was a bit tuff and chewy and did lack flavor. The dish was priced accordingly. However, it fell well short of my expectations and didn’t rise to the level of a $35.99 dish. Our server Jonathan was great. He was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and even suggested some of his favorites as well as, those dishes frequently ordered by customers. The restaurant’s decor was amazing. The interior design was reminiscent of my visits to Italy. The wall paintings and overhead light fixtures only enhanced the establishment’s overall vibe. There’s also a large bar area were cocktails and other beverages are served, should you not want to dine. This is definitely a spot I’d recommend you try should you be craving Italian food.

I've been here a few times. This last visit, we were a party of 5 for lunch. We were able to be sat with no reservation. Our server was nice, and the bread service was quick. It came before our water. This time around, I ordered the caprese salad, and my friend ordered from the lunch menu. The Margherita Pizza looked delicious, and it came with a side salad. Very affordable meal. I'll definitely return again.

It’s an Italian restaurant. They serve a large portion of food. Very tasteful and fresh. We spend around 20-30 for each dish but its all worth it. I will comeback again.

Delicious food, spectacular atmosphere and great service. Did I mention their mixologist must have a PhD because the drinks were exceptionally good. Don't get me started on the cheesecake. I'm still thinking about how delicious it was a week later. Mashed potatoes tasted like heaven. Whenever I go back to Vegas, I'm eating here again. Also, Town Square is very cute all glowed up at night. Great place!

I've been coming here for 16 years. Brio has one of my favourite happy hour menus in the city. If I am near town square between 4-7pm I am going to brio. I dont just come for the happy hour, the regular menu is also phenomenal. My favourite things are the lobster bisque and the Carpaccio (carpaccio is on the happy hour menu) I ate 3 carpaccios myself this time. I love the carpaccio.

Great food! Drinks were a little weak. Lobster bisque is always a hit. Come here for lunch specials or happy hour 3pm-7pm weekdays! Happy hour includes drink and food discounts. I have included the menu in this review.

I was absolutely amazed at how phenomenally delicious, fresh, and great service that was displayed at the Brio Restaurant near Townsquare in Las Vegas, NV. The vegetarian entrees are so tremendously delicious and the dessert was something to die for. I have to say the Caramel Mascarpone Cheesecake was the best, tastiest, and most satisfyingly delicious cheesecake I ever had in my entire life. It’s worth it to try the food here - especially during happy hour when the prices are phenomenally nice 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾!!! This is definitely a restaurant worth checking out - no doubt 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾!!!

This was by far one of the best places I've been to. The service was gently professional & made you feel at home. The atmosphere is a very warm welcome. My opinion

Great experience for a business dinner. A good selection for all diets. Mix of pasta dishes, seafood and beef to name a few. Able to accommodate gluten free. Atmosphere was great to have a team meeting at dinner. Noise level aloud for conversation with out raised voice too. Highly recommend for groups casual or business.

Great place, need to reserve a table cause it's mostly buissy. It's located in a small shopping village, very beautiful place. Once you get a table you have a waiter assign. Food is Italian style and great taste. You get water on start, UT it has chlorine taste. Food is really nicely made, with pronounce taste and complexity. Very much recomend.

We had just left the Apple store and needed dinner so we came here. It looked closed because the doors are dark but they were open. Verdict- Eat here!! Great prices. Great wine. The service was excellent. Thank you Daniel! We had a few pastas, calamari, truffle cheese, and the seasonal dessert. It was all exceptionally tasting. We will return and recommend. Bon appétit!

We decided to stop in this restaurant while shopping at the Town Square, no reservations but we were sat right away. The restaurant is definitely beautiful, the outside doesn't do it justice. The staff is very tentative. Our server, Jennifer was awesome and the Manager (Kristen, I believe) made sure drinks stay topped off, and that the delicious in-house made Sourdough kept coming 👍🏻. The Peach Bellini is dangerously delicious. The calamari was done perfectly and the Lobster Bisque is phenomenal, I highly recommend it. I had the shrimp and lobster lenguinni, personally I would have liked a bit more lobster in it but it was very tasty. My only complaint is the waiting time from the time we finished our appetizers to the time we got our entree. But I got the impression that this was an isolated situation. Overall, yes we was very satisfied and will be returning. Oh, and definitely try the tiramisu for a sweet but not too sweet dessert.

Great food and great service! I had a business lunch there at 1130a we were seated right a way and served very quickly. The lobster bisque soup was good however my strawberry vinaigrette chicken salad was outstanding! The chicken was perfectly cooked and the flavors worked together so well, nice surprise. My lunch partner ordered an incredible looking beef plate that I definitely want to try on my next visit. All in all the experience was very good! I will be back!

Amazing service as soon as we walked in, no reservation and we were seated immediately. Our server was amazing and on point with drink suggestions and dinner recommendations. Wasn't sure about dessert because we saw the funnel cake shop next door-HE actually went to see if they were still open-who does that?! We stayed and had the delicious creme brulee dessert!

From setting a reservation within 20mins, to getting our dessert everything was perfect for our date nite! We try to go somewhere else but we always find our way back to Brio for good food, and great environment. Jessica our waitress was amazing- on top of my hubbys drink refills, to helping us pick what we should eat w/recommendations. We’ll b back, we always will!

Planning Our Wedding Reception For August! This Restaurant Is Exactly What We Are Looking For, With A Sense Of Elegance and Won't Break The Bank! Very Beautiful For Our Special Day!! The Manager working was extremely helpful and showed us the different private rooms so we could make a decision for our Special Day! After leaving, we looked at a couple other restaurants, But already made my decision! Looking forward to spending our special occasion at Brio!
