Nacho Daddy

Nacho Daddy originated here so we gave them a try. We started with the Triple Dip which includes guacamole, blanco queso, salsa and chips. A lot of food for 3 people but we like guacamole and queso. Everything was fresh and delicious. They light a candle under the queso to keep it warm which was greatly appreciated. Tried their regular margarita and it was very good. Right balance of tequila and sour mix. We shared the filet mignon fajitas and they were tasty. Very tender but they were missing the char and lime taste. Excellent grilled veggies. We like the texture uniqueness of the decor and arrangement of the restaurant. We had good friendly service/ we arrived around 11:20am for lunch. We noticed there was a 20 -30 minute wait when we left around 12:30pm. If you just want chips and salsa to start with, you’ll have to pay for them. This is the first time I encountered a Mexican restaurant that charges for chips and salsa. Now you know.

Nacho Daddy was delicious and inviting. Four of us came in and drank and ate free chips & salsa while we had a couple hours to waste. Almost didn’t order after an hour because we were already munching on the chips & feeling good. Decided to split an entree between couples. Glad we did! We split the Enchilada Nachos (sour cream on the side). Super good!! Friends enjoyed theirs too. Great atmosphere. Chill. I recommend!

Navigating a party of 11 to find a restaurant with vegan options can be a challenge, but Nacho Daddy rose to the occasion. The dedicated vegan menu, combined with a vibrant atmosphere and good drinks, made it a great choice. I opted for the vegan chimichanga, and it exceeded expectations. Every bite was a burst of flavors, leaving an empty plate as evidence of its deliciousness. Nacho Daddy proves that vegan options can be both satisfying and scrumptious. For a perfect pairing, I recommend trying the Cadillac margarita. This refreshing concoction adds an extra layer of enjoyment to the dining experience. Nacho Daddy not only caters to vegans but also delivers on taste, ambiance, and drink selection. Whether you're a vegan or not, this spot is worth a visit for a delightful culinary adventure. I highly recommend having Antonio as your server; he was not only attentive to our party but also brought a fun and enjoyable vibe to the experience.

Service was great and so were the recommendations. Suggested to add vegan chicken on to the vegan loaded nachos because it was popular. They have pretty large selection of Vegan foods available. Vegan Loaded Nachos were great, best Vegan nachos in a while. Vegan Chicken quesadilla was awesome too. Food came out pretty quick after ordering and portion sizes were great too.

The nachos were amazing, it had shrimp and steak, it does have a spice, too spicy for me, but I don’t like spicy food. However the shrimp and steak were cooked to perfection! I got the famous Margarita, it was not the best, had too much sweet n sour mix. I like my margaritas a bit lighter on the mix. Waitress was sweet and attentive!

Great nacho experience! The service and ambiance were excellent. There was a beer tasting set for us. That was great. The nachos were also super tasty and the portions were generous as well. It was very crowded but luckily we had a reservation. Despite reservations, we had to wait a bit. But in the end the whole package was right. I WOULD RECOMMEND IT.

This is located in The Miracle Miles Shops on the Las Vegas Strip. Perfect for taking a break from partying or shopping to grab a bite. The wait was average for the time of day we went and the service was fast. Our waitress was attentive and helped us order. The food was great we ordered The grilled corn off the cob and 2 nachos and a pitcher of margarita. This served 3 people and we had some leftover. Although we didn't order it they have tequila shots with scorpions in them and a few cute spots for pics!

Man, this was the first place we ate, fresh off a 3 hour flight, checked into our room at Marriott across the street, and we saw this place. This place was fantastic with amazing flavor. We had the surf and turf nachos, and we ate the whole thing. Again, the flavor was amazing. I highly suggest getting lunch or dinner here, and the nachos are big enough for two people.
