Opened in the earliest days of 2009 it seems hard to believe that Sinatra has been serving guests at Encore for over a decade, yet despite the recent closures of Portofino, Fiamma and Masso Osteria the Italian Restaurant dedicated to Old Blue Eyes quietly marches on with a Thursday during Vegas’ typically-slow summer finding the space nearly full around 7:00pm.

Now under the guidance of Chef Luke Palladino since November of 2017, his tenure at short-lived Salute a return to Las Vegas after time in Atlantic City as well as Pennsylvania, longtime locals may remember Palladino as the opening Chef at Onda inside the Mirage and with training both there as well as Italy the Chef’s resume checks all the boxes for Food that carefully bridges American Red Sauce to handmade Pastas dressed as they may be in Tuscany.

Recently hiring Joe Marsco, the former General Manager at Andre’s returning to the upscale environs in which he has previously shined, it is passing by several murals of Frank and the Rat Pack that guests are led to linen-clad tables, Wynn’s Golf Course hidden behind shrubbery outside and the room itself given an air of grandiosity while a collection of its namesake’s hits play overhead.

Not an overly long menu, just some of Sinatra’s favorites alongside Appetizers, Pastas and Sides prepared from quality ingredients, it was with two guests poured Wine that Chef Palladino appeared porting his nightly amuse, three Squash Blossoms delicately fried around a creamy Cheese center and brightened by Red Pepper Cream.

Next taking a look at Bread service, four styles baked in-house highlighted by laminated coils of Brioche as well as salty Olive Twists, it was not long before primi arrived in the form of portioned Pastas and Rice technically sold as a side-dish, the latter highlighting early summer with Herbs and earth on a creamy background while Caramelle that tastes like Beef Stew inside dainty packages outperformed Agnolotti that were undercooked with Noodles also a bit too thick.

Unimpressed by $20 Meatballs, the orbs over-worked and Sauce skimpy though fried lengths of Polenta were excellent, it was onward to entrees at Strip-prices that dinner proceeded, Halibut bathed in Saffron and poignant Licorice notes getting a little lost while plate-size Veal Parm for $62 and fork-tender Ossobuco “My Way” both throw their hat into the conversation for best in The Valley.

Speaking of Hats, or more specifically the Trilby, it is in the form of Frank’s iconic lid that guests often finish the evening, soft Chocolate Mousse pairing well to Ice Cream spiked with Whiskey while Harry’s beautiful Berries are featured prominently inside a textbook Crostata and alongside filled-to-order Cannolis that even natives of Sicily will likely find impressive.

***1/2:  With several Italian Restaurants closing across Las Vegas in recent years, amongst them Portofino, Fiamma and Masso Osteria, Sinatra at Wynn marches on despite very little press, though dinner on Thursday leads one to wonder why as Luke Palladino’s Food is very good while the service staff including Joe Marsco does a marvelous job keeping up with the large crowds readily willing to pay Strip prices.

We eat Italian food all the time and this is very good for Vegas. Our waiter Cris was really nice and helpful. Ambiance is more suit and tie type but overall was a very nice , though expensive restaurant.

Without a doubt get the black truffle fettuccine appetizer. Then order another. It’s off the hook! The sommeliers are great and so is every other pasta dish.

Loved it before, and loved it again. The table servers are an outstanding group of people. We had four handling our table of two. The table for two next to us also had multiple people handling them. Waiting on help has not been an issue. Everybody there is tuned in on making your experience a great one. The atmosphere is light and comfortable. The food is of the flavorful and sophisticated kind. Even the simple typical pasta dishes have a twist of uniqueness. I won't recommend a dish because the items we've eaten are all equally pleasurable. If you have a favorite pasta dish you will absolutely love it here. This restaurant is not the popular, well known, in the beaten path, run-of-the-mill eatery. It is a low key, relaxed, comfortable, enjoyable, good food establishment. You will be happy planning your next visit to try other items on the menu.

Excellent, classic execution, wine list and service. It's not a backflip and a twist, but that is not the point.

Pretty Good. I went with a group and most of us were pretty impressed. Our meals were flavorful and well-designed. The staff here is very polite and friendly. The atmosphere was something we enjoyed - despite it being very busy when we were there, you would never have known it. Their signature drink is to die for if the flavors are something you like. However, I have to dock the place down a bit because their vegan options are unimpressive.

Fantastic. Top 3 Italian on the strip. Italian fusion not traditional my advice avoid tradition italian on the strip its just overpriced when the most expensive thing is the cheese. Want traditional just go to Maggiano's

Vegan DREAM. We were thinking that we'd be offered only a vegan OPTION....but instead were offered a small MENU of vegan and vegetarian meals. OUTSTANDING. The starter vegan Cesar's Salad was superb. Main dishes of Chicken Parmesan and Penette with Sausage were very tasty. Both "Gardein" products - which they explain in perfect detail in the menu. To top it off - a fantastic vegan chocolate cake and sorbet with "Happy Birthday" scripted in chocolate on the plate. Service was great, the setting is elegant, clean, relaxing, comfortable and posh.

Absolutely the best food and service we could have ever wished for. From the hostess to the wine steward to our amazing server, the service us unmatched. We were treated like kings and a queen. The food is up tempo Italian with nods to the classics. Every meal was to perfection. The atmosphere and room is stunning, and the desert (edible box) is a have to have. Treat yourself to Las Vegas finest Italian, and you will be delighted.

Stupendous meal. Extra special service. By far the best Vegas restaurant I have been to during our stay. If you love Italian this is a must stop for fine dining. Great sommelier to aid in pairing. I can't stress enough that here it's the total experience!!

Our Christmas dinner was a night to remember! We can’t decide what was better the service or the food. An experience we will never forget! Jerman was the best waiter, he had a lot of helpful teammates including Homberto and Dianne and everyone treated us like royalty. The sommelier was so helpful, the food was impeccable! The beef carpaccio was heavenly, the butternut squash filled pasta, the veal Parmesan all amazing! The dessert was so wonderful and an experience of its own! Definitely a must try in Vegas, the best meal and service we’ve ever had and definitely will be back

My son and I had our Thanksgiving meal at Sinatra's. The staff is amazing. Very professional and really made our Thanksgiving night wonderful. The dinning area is spacious with plenty of room to navigate to your table. The vibe is decent, a bit old fashion but still nice. My son and I ordered the pre-fixed Thanksgiving meal. The presentation of the food was nice. The pumpkin pie was the best part of the meal. My son and I dressed up per the dress code, but as I looked around, not everybody was following the dress code which kind of bummed me out. Overall our experience was nice and we enjoyed the moment.

One of the best restaurants on the strip. I selected Sinatra's for my wife's birthday. As we walked in, the decor and set up was impressive and portrayed a high-end establishment. So, the bar was very high. Fortunately for me, they met that bar in every step of the way. The Spicy Margarita was unusually tasty. The soup had freshness and rich taste. I had the Halibut and my wife had the steak. They both were excellent. Excellent quality, cooked to perfection. They finished it off for us with a complementary birthday desert and candle. I highly recommend this place. If you want to taste perfection, make a reservation at Sinatra's and experience it for yourself. It is not a cheap restaurant by no means, but it is worth every penny.

The service was exceptional!! My husband and I had dinner at Sinatra on August 6 to celebrate his birthday. From the hostess to the person refilling our water, our experience was perfect!! Upon our arrival, my husband received a handwritten birthday card—nice, personal touch! I read reviews before we went, and several patrons mentioned the top-notch service, and we had the same experience!! In addition, the food was delicious! We shared the charcuterie board (I forget the name) for our starter. Our entrees were the lasagna and the scallops. For dessert we had the chocolate mouse cake fedora hat complete with a birthday message written in chocolate.

My family and I had the distinct pleasure of experiencing one of the most remarkable restaurants Las Vegas has to offer - Sinatra! Ok, so this city has many of those restaurants, but Sinatra is truly impressive to say the least. We've actually visited this restaurant twice (on September 2021 and recently, September 2023 - both visits due to birthdays). During the first visit, my wife, daughter, and I sat inside and I recall that the food, service, and ambiance were extraordinary...so extraordinary, we talked about it several times leading up to our 2023 visit. Unfortunately, I didn't get our server's name back in 2021, but rest assured, the service was phenomenal provided by him - I didn't expect anything less. Fast forward to 2023, my wife and I decided to eat here again for our birthday dinner and was treated in such splendid fashion; from the hostesses at the front of the restaurant to our servers, and to the rest of the employees while passing them. The service that our main server (Amy) and our other server (Stefanie) provided were so monumental and of noteworthy significance. They were very personable, friendly, and most of all, highly professional and attentive. We ended up sitting outside for this visit because the weather was nice and it was much quieter outside (we got lucky and didn't hear any emergency vehicles while eating). Thank you, Amy and Stefanie, for the wonderful experience and awe-inspiring service you provided! For both visits, we tried the Panzanella di Granchio, Polpettine, Veal Parmigiana, Salmone, Milanese, Ippoglosso, Filetto, Asparagi, Purea di Patate, and Limone. We also received a complimentary dessert during both visits because it just happens to be someone's birthday for each visit, so the staff treated us to one free dessert of the restaurant's choice, which ended up being outstanding and appreciative! I tried really hard to pick out flaws to all of the food we had ordered but wasn't successful (which is obviously a good thing). The veal (both Parmigiana and Milanese styles) were out of this world - call me weird but there's something majestic about a cut of meat with a bone sticking out of it...sorry, you non-meat eaters. Bottom line, the food here is flawless and exceptional! I don't have anything negative to say about this restaurant. I know how restaurants don't seem to last too long in this city because everything seems temporary (as a Las Vegas local, I've experienced this many times); however, I hope this restaurant is here for the long haul, especially because of the name, the food quality, and the service it provides. This is a restaurant that other establishments should unequivocally emulate. If you haven't been here before, make a reservation and visit as soon as possible - you won't be disappointed...highly recommend to everyone!

While staying at the Wynn hotel, we had the pleasure of dining at the four-star Italian restaurant, Sinatra, located next door at the Encore hotel. With dinner reservations in the evening, our table was promptly prepared for our arrival. The restaurant's entrance was tastefully adorned with décor that paid homage to the legendary Frank Sinatra, and his timeless music played softly in the background, creating the perfect ambiance. The dining room was bustling with guests, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. However, the tables were closely packed together, which made it easy to overhear conversations from neighboring tables. Unfortunately, the music, though playing Sinatra's classics, was barely audible amidst the chatter of the large crowd, serving more as background noise than an enjoyable accompaniment to our meal. From the moment we were seated, the service was exceptional, whether it was from our dedicated server or the attentive staff throughout the restaurant. Sinatra's boasts an impressive wine list with a wide range of options. We decided to indulge in a bottle of the 2019 Opus One, which proved to be a fantastic choice. This wine displayed intense aromas of black plum, blueberry, black currant, and dried rose petals, complemented by subtle mineral undertones and the ideal level of dryness. Additionally, our table also savored a recommended Italian red wine suggested by our server. Our appetizers, including Prosciutto, Gamberoni (shrimp), and the Polipo (octopus), were all delightful. For our main courses, we savored the Mediterranean Sea bass, filet mignon, and our personal favorite, veal parmesan. As a delightful surprise, the restaurant offered a diverse selection of complimentary desserts, each one bursting with flavor and thoroughly enjoyable. In summary, the service was consistently outstanding, and the Italian classics on the menu were prepared to perfection. If you're seeking a quiet and intimate dining experience, Sinatra may not be the ideal choice due to the closeness of the table arrangements and ambient noise. However, if you're looking for a memorable evening of great food and a lively dining atmosphere, we wholeheartedly recommend it. We eagerly anticipate returning on our next trip to Las Vegas.
