The Capital Grille

We had a wonderful birthday dinner for my wife it was exceptionally delicious. She had a great time. The food was excellent. Of course you’re going to spend at least $100 per person. However it’s worth every penny. They gave us seats right in the corner and had a spectacular view ofthe strip it was amazing. Thank you very much for a great and wonderful evening.

The service and view was amazing. Loved the wine recommendation and the In Fashion drink was delicious. The dry aged balsamic steak was very juicy and tender and the gorgonzola crusted NY strip steak was good but not as juicy and tender. The fries were ok and the caesar salad was bot my favorite but still delicious. The service was amazing and the view was wonderful. We did NOT dave room for dessert jut they still brought us a small chocolate cake and cheesecake thing that i completely demolished. Lol

We had a phenomenal experience at the Capital Grille! We were on a honeymoon road trip and decided to treat ourselves to a fancy dinner so made reservations for the early evening. They gave us prosecco and dessert on the house, which was totally unexpected. The table also had cute heart confetti for us. The food was totally fantastic. The steak melts in your mouth! We got the au gratin potatoes to share which were also super good. The drinks are strong and they have a really decent wine with surprisingly affordable options. Service was great, we felt welcomed and taken care of without feeling out of place or overwhelmed. Don't skip the creme brulee cheesecake! We're still talking about how tasty that was. Plus, we're already planning our anniversary trip to the Seattle branch :) it definitely started to get crowded around 630 as we were leaving, so make reservations! PS check the dress code before coming. We didn't feel out of place in what we wore.

My family and I had an early dinner here before going to Awakening. The restaurant is beautiful, the service was impeccable, and the food was delicious. Our waiter was like the nicest guy in Vegas. He made us feel special, there are not many places I can say that about. He recommended a bottle of white wine, and it was perfect. I checked the price of this bottle(pictured below) at Total Wine, and it was $20. Capital Grill charged us $50 for the bottle, which hurt a little, but it's not surprising since it is the strip. I got the sea bass over asparagus and mushrooms. Like I said, it was delicious. I had never tried sea bass previously, and I'm glad this was my first experience. It started to get really crowded around 6:30 pm. So, definitely make reservations a day or two in advance! I definitely recommend 👌

The food was great and the experience was everything. We had a great view of the strip and they even gave the a handwritten birthday card! The sides were plenty to share with the table. We had Bussel sprouts, creamed spinach, calamari (you gotta get this app), mushrooms, and Cesar salads. The cheesecake they gave me for my birthday was delicious! The service was good it was a packed house but everything went smoothly

This was my first time visiting this restaurant. It sits adjacent to Fashion Show Mall and has an awesome view of the strip. Our server Daryl was BEYOND attentive. His personality was infection, his service was impeccable and his recommendations were spot on. Besides the spectacular service, the food was equally amazing. I loved the crème brûlée style cheesecake.
