Wendy's

We ordered two medium chocolate frosties and some food. They were half melted, foamy, and almost room temperature. Not frosty at all!! I couldn't even eat mine. I would completely disagree with their commercial stating their fries are better than McDonalds fries. Although they are better than the rubbery cold sticks you would get before, they still aren't the best.

Their service is pretty quick but their accuracy varies. Today I ordered two of their new hot honey chicken sandwiches so me and the wife could try it but when we got home they made us two regular spicy chicken sandwiches. Not the biggest deal in the world but customers expect accuracy when it comes to their orders.

I recently applied for a position here a few weeks ago. I hadn't heard anything from them so I followed up with a call and was scheduled an interview the next day (about two weeks or so after my application submission). I have over a year and a half of fast food experience with management training combined with other customer service experience along with a clean record and have never been fired. I could have gotten another job elsewhere more consistent that pays better, but I was just looking for something part-time that would be flexible around my school when I start classes. The interview went well (or so I thought) and I was told that I would be contacted the next week regarding new hire paperwork and schedule, but was completely ghosted. Maria, the assistant manager said she would call the following Monday but never did. I waited a couple of days and called them. No answer. I even left a message and I never received any kind of follow up. I just wanted a little job to hold me over during school but I guess I dodged a bullet if they are this unprofessional in the beginning. Guess the big sign outside that says, "Hiring, all positions" is a bit indicative that they need help...everywhere.

It's unfortunate that we deal w these experiences, especially considering how much prices on everything has gone up. I ordered 2 meals and a an order of chicken nuggets. The only thing that was partially ok were the French fries. All my chicken was old. I had to request sweet n low 3xs, smh.... sweet and low....Customer service not that great either. What seemed to be a manager, wasn't the friendliest.... I preferred this location but now I'll go a longer distance for a better service. I won't waste anymore time or money here.

I was in a hurry and Arbys had a long line of cars, so I pulled into Wendys across the street to place my order. I ordered chili cheese fries, a coke, and a large bowl of chili with cheese (for lunch later). When I got to work I pulled out the chili cheese fries first. There was, literally about a tablespoon of chili and cheese on the fries. The chili/cheese didn't even cover 1/3 of the fries. I pulled out the bowl of chili to put more chili on the fries, and saw that it had almost no cheese at all. I decided to call and complain....I called 5 times, and each time they failed to pick up the phone. I guess they get LOTS AND LOTS of complaints and decided to just stop answering the phone altogether. I'd give them 0 stars if I had the option. There are many fast food places within 1 mile of Wendys on Rinconada, I highly recommend avoiding that Wendys like the plague.
