Mcdonald's

Finally swearing off this location for good. The vast majority of my orders here over the last two years have come out incorrect. Double check your receipt and your order before leaving. Ordered a Crispy Chicken Deluxe and this sorry disgusting soggy lump of whatever is what I found in the bag when I got home. One star only because I can't leave zero, and I guess the fries were pretty good.

Came via drive thru last night around 9pm. They were really kind and understanding after we ordered a frappe via app. We ordered it and wanted to pick up from McDonald's on University but they didn't have anything to make the frappe not even a milkshake. We drove over to this McDonald's and THEY ARE FAR BETTER THAN UNIVERSITY MCDONALD'S unfortunately.. but oh well. I would prefer to come to this one from now on. Keep up he good job 🙏🏻👍🏻

Placed on order for pickup. Waited 30 minutes for the food. The lobby was locked so we went through the drive thru window. I told them my order number and they said to get to the second window. We got to the second window and somehow between they apparently never got my order. Refused to give me a refund and said that I would have to call the number on the mobile app to get one. So I spent money on food I never received. This whole ordeal took an hour. I wouldn’t recommend going there.

This Mc Donald's on the corner of Boutz and El Paseo is a joke! Ordered breakfast, a simple combo (sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin). They messed up my order. I politely went up to the register to tell them that they got my order wrong. The young girl in the front was nice, kinda lost though.... You can tell she was new. I totally get that she is bound to make mistakes for a bit, until she gets the hang of it. She casks the manager to the front. I explained to the manager (old elderly rude lady) what had happened. She made it seem as if I made the mistake, and told me that I caused the mistake because I said egg (mentioned "egg" first) sausage cheese mcmuffin.. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️. I just wanted the correct order I paid for. This lady was very rude and unprofessional. The poor new girl looked embarrassed and kinda sorry of the way her manager handled her mistake....

The worst Damm experience ever !!!!!! I went and ordered 4 McChickens and a cheeseburger and a big Mac along with 2 kids meal didn't even put my kids toys in their boxes after eating the burgers the next day I was feeling so sick my stomach was hurting bad I'm still puking and still have diarr*** GOING ON 3 DAYS NOW THAT I HAVE BEEN SICK AFTER EATING HERE AND DONT HAVE NO APPETITE DUE TO PUKING thanks to their food I WILL NEVER EAT MCDONALD'S I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN THANK YOU GUYS FOR GIVING ME FOOD POISONING UR FOOD IS 🗑️!!!!!!! DISGUSTING 👎👎

My brother loves Mc D's the senior coffee a cinnamon roll and two sausage biscuits is his breakfast right now he likes to spring for an order of gravy/biscuits for roomies mom. If it's lunch it's fish or regular hamburgers. They've been hiring new staff and I wasn't impressed but over time they finally got it and although I check orders they've hit the target every time!! Thanks guys for great service and Charlie will tell you he's a happy camper too
