Golden Corral Buffet & Grill

My first visit to Golden Corral ever a few days ago was a little disappointing. The tables were dirty and the napkin holders were in desperate need of attention ever heard of clan and sanitize? The food was hot and fresh however, not enough labels around the food on display to know what things are.. I had to ask both staff and people getting their meals and most didn't have a clue what it was being offered.. (Not good). The cook was doing his very best to accommodate all of the request. Good job!. The bathroom needed attention try checking it on the hour ? Presentation is key.. The waitress was overwhelmed with tables and barely got to mine. I had to go and fetch her twice. Recommendation to hire more staff.. The glass door entrance and exit were dirty. To my understanding this location has been here quite some time so they should know better. I will not be back (germs are everywhere) my personal health is extremely important to me. My immune system can be possibly compromised by a place like this. Golden Corral please fix, correct, maintain and impress for your business depends on it.

I have never seen a more disgusting restaurant! Food all over the floors and slung all across the serving areas. Ice cream from the machine was in a huge puddle on the floor and people were almost breaking their necks. We for some reason, after paying $80, decided to stay and eat since we had a long day at six flags. We waited at our table for atleast 15 minutes waiting for plates. I flagged someone down and got some. Then we just ate with our hands since we had no silverware! We finished our first plates and still didn’t have any drinks. It was just an all around bad experience for the money us 4 paid. We were really excited because our local Golden Corral shut down years ago and we live 2.5 hours away. Definitely ruined our love for Golden Corral and will probably never go to another one. I’m usually not the one to complain but this was just awful.

Food was much better than the experience. We waited 10+ minutes in line until we could get a table, and then there was a lot of confusion on what tables were actually open. The table service was fine, we could tell they were understaffed and overworked. Everything we ate was surprisingly good. It was really expensive though.

Sat down for 25 minutes without getting my drinks. When I asked the female server who was cleaning another table in the area she said my table was not her responsibility. I asked who’s was it and then she walked off, I then went to the coffee and beverage station to inquire about my drinks and the same server got a attitude and asked “where are you sitting “ when she knew. I asked for a manager and told him what happened. Some other female servers were there and said “come sit on our side, and that she’s been doing that crap”. The manager brought our drinks over because she refused to. Oh yeah, another important part is while she knew we didn’t have our drinks and after I addressed her, she served the table right next to me and they came in way after I was already there. I changed my seating location and the ladies on that side was more than happy to take care of me. This happened on 6/26 at 10am, the server who was very rude was Hispanic and was working on the right side by the coffee station.
