Found this isolated Baskin-Robbins & Dunkin combination store on a pretty hot day. They were ready with some soda infused sherbet samples for a survey I suppose, & wanted us to test. The staff then requested if they can click our pictures holding those samples.
After all this, we ordered our favorite ice cream flavors and bought a couple boxed ice creams too.
When asked for a waffle cone which was unavailable, they gave us one scoop for free.

This store is the worst experience to visit...the employees are rudes and don't pay attention to customers, are dirty, really is very bad this place...go to other Baskin Robbins, avoid the store of 66th st, are you adviced...

Ice cream selection was poor and we didn't get the ice cream we wanted. The scoop size was extremely small and the cones were so stale you couldn't eat them. Place was not clean either. Would never go back here.
