I ordered the taste maker pizza @ Pizza Hut - thin n crispy. It was very well made. Great job on making and baking the pizza! They didn’t have the soft drink I had request so I had to take a different one. I used the Pizza Hut app - fast and easy to use and pick up my pizza when ready.

The pizza that was delivered was delivered promptly. The driver was polite. However, the pizza had apparently shifted in the box during transport and I was given garlic parmesan sauce instead of regular garlic like I ordered. An acknowledgement, apology, and partial refund will make me highly satisfied.

I placed an order 8:05 and my tracker said it should be deliver by 08:35. I waited until 08:45 to call the store and she said the driver is on the way and you are not the only order that he’s delivering. I was like okay but it was hard for me to understand when my location was not even a mile away from their store. The driver called me at 08:57, he didn’t say his name or anything and immediately say it’s because I ordered blue cheese. I told him I ordered ranch but still didn’t make any sense neither. It sounded like they were just trying to make an excuses, if they told me an honest answer I would be more understanding than lie to me. I waited 25 minutes extra to get my order.

Good food .. prices are a bit overboard .. I like the Taste Maker deal ... Large 3 topping pizza for $10 ... But I have noticed that they have been putting less topping than before..😡 ..
Also HATE .....that when I have ordered the chicken Alfredo pasta ... There's barely any CHICKEN 😡😡😡😡😡..

Food was great, hot and fresh when we arrived to pick it up.... very well made and seasoned. Staff was friendly... although disappointed that you charge for peppers and cheese... other than that all was very good!

The app and the website kept saying the order failed then once it worked it ordered the pizza from a far away location. I called the Santa Ursula pizza hut in Laredo TX to cancel right away. There are still two pending transactions on my card. I had to order by phone and pay cash. Hopefully i don't get charged money.

I ordered online for the convenience of picking it up at a reasonable time. Instead my order was set to be ready by 5:10, I arrived at 5:05, and did not get my order until 5:50. An almost hour wait time to pick up my online order!!
