Laredo Pizza Factory

Liked the fact that they use a conventional/stone pizza oven (and not a conveyor belt type) so the crust was properly baked but the rest was just decent and unexceptional. I always eat the crust at Mellow Mushroom but not here, just no flavor to do that. The cheese was too soft and not stringy enough. My leftovers didn't reheat well because of the poor cheese choice.

So I am a Chicago, IL resident and yesterday I was in Laredo and for my last night there I wanted to try "PIZZA" now my whole weekend being out there everyone said that that pizza was not good so I had to google and find a place and the place I found was the Pizza Factory. My boyfriend has been out in Laredo for work and him and a few of his buddies from worm had pizza from a couple different places that were not good at all.. I ordered from the Pizza Factory and it was a wonderful decision!! They use actual italian sausage when you order sausage pizza! the slices were a nice size it had good cheese and it was not burt! It was cooked just right. Now Chicago pizza is really good so if we think its good pizza its probably good pizza : ) We also ordered fries and cheesy garlic bread and OMG that to was sooo good.. the fries had a light flaky crunch to them with homemade like ketchup that words can not describe. The cheesy bread sticks were delicious and and came with a marinara sauce to dip. Everything from this place was really good I highly recommend trying the Pizza Factory. Even the pepsi in glass bottle tasted great lol thats how much of an excellent experience we had. Thank you for the delicious food and great service Pizza Factory.
