Restaurant closes at 8pm. Pull up at 7pm and they refuse to cook the food on their menu board. How does a business like this stay open? Utterly ridiculous. The owners need to shut down and find another line of business. Maybe go work at a McDonald's.

I see why there's NEVER any cars here. I took a chance. We were the only customers there. The food is disgusting. I ordered a big buford combo no ketchup & no mustard. That's all I asked for. They took out time to also leave off my onions & tomato. The meat seem like it was BOILED & soaked in a pan

Burger King was out of whoppers, so I was told I would prefer Rally's over Wendy's. I tried their large Buford combo 1. The whole meal was a joke, except for the Cherry coke. I'm now questioning my friend's taste, lol.

The food and service is the best here. Ernest is so nice , polite , & patient . He’s best cashier at a Rally’s I’ve ever come across . He’s very hospitable . I love the strawberry swirl ice cream !

Employees outside talking and telling customers their system is down. Worst service I've ever seen EXTREMELY unprofessional! Isn't the manager trying to work the employees? Free for all. Worst fast food restaurant in LaPlace Louisiana... Period!
