This place was a surprise. Excellent Fried Foods Fish, Shrimp and Crab cakes are all outstanding. 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for FRIED GREEN TOMATOES. VERY GENEROUS PROPORTIONS! Not very comfortable dining area, just a few tables in a bare room with a counter seating area.

Stopped in for quick bite....waitress was OUTSTANDING! So sweet to us and was managing multiple ppl by herself and we never felt neglected. We had the fish, shrimp, fried okra, mozza sticks and fries. The mozza sticks were soooo good i could have just eaten those! Catfish was Swai but i didn't know

Food is fantastic here . The waitress and I had a great conversation about our kids while I waited and another guy even helped me bring my food to the car ! I highly recommend this place and I will be returning.

Labor Day and most places are closed and that made us LUCKY! We came across Sam's Southern Eatery and what a WIN. The burger was really good. However, what they call a Shrimp Poboy is more of a shrimp sandwich on a hogie roll..

Seafood fans must visit this place! You would not think they have so much going by looking at the outside building, however the food is second to none!

It's okay.... different..... A True Louisiana Poboy is made with real French bread and shouldn't have onions... IJS
