Mcdonald's

I’ve been here over 5 times so I’m comfortable with this rating. I’ve never had a good experience. There is a certain type of haste & attitude in the drive thru that doesn’t sit right with me. One time I came here and was just laughed at. Order has been wrong on half those trips. I tend not to freak out about this stuff because one bad experience could just mean a person is having a bad day but when it’s consistently bad you have to say something. This place is no longer 24 hours, they close at random times. I have no clue what’s going on at this location.

I'm going to be honest, the food was great, but the place is real ghetto, it's felt like Cardi B and the City Girls were working there, it felt like a episode of love and hip-hop with all the cursing coming from those ladies in there. Even worst the manager tends to lock the door on customers around 4pm. I'm only giving a 4 rating because of the food itself and it was clean in there.

The food was tasty. I got the Spanish style meal. However, no ketchup and only one outlet that works, which forces you to sit in a less convenient seat. The service was efficient and fast, which is great. The staff was relatively friendly, and they had a cleaning person on site. Farther, their bathroom was clean, which was also good. If I happen to be in the area, I would probably eat there again. I even gave $1.50 to someone who didn't have enough, and was told "bless you" by customers who heard me sneeze lol

I enjoy dining at this particular McDonald's. The location is always very very clean as far as what I observe as a customer and the staff is always very helpful and professional. I'm glad the corporation decided to build this location because the other McDonald's aren't as updated and is a little ways away. When I'm inside ther store there's never a long wait. However drive thru is at times a little longer than the other drive thrus at different locations. But I still give this location a thumbs up and five stars.

waited over 20 minutes for my curbside pick up, had to go through the drive through since their phone number doesn't actually connect to anything... they had not started my order and told me to come inside. Finally ended up getting my phone, fries are cold, and the picture is of my burger that was listed as "no onions"
