Two most recent visits will likely be my last. Waited over 20 minutes to get a pickup order even after the order was marked as ready. Last visit, the drinks weren't even filled up all the way. Over and inch of space left at top. I'm paying for a certain size, I expect it to be filled.

At counter inside for 10 minutes and the 12 year old behind the counter was more interested in his phone then taking my order. He finally made the extreme effort to raise his head to see me and acknowledge my presence. He asked if he could help me, I said no and left. I’ll find another place for coffee from now on. IT WONT BE TIM HORTONS

Truck drivers beware. Dining room is often closed and staff is extremely rude. This is a truck stop yet they refuse to serve truckers. I literally had a staff member tell me to drive my truck and trailer through the drive through. Don’t waste your time with this one unless you’re just looking for a bathroom and a nap, bc they won’t serve you. Unless of course you can go through the drive through.

The store with drive-through only today. They should have put a sign on the main entrance door to say that it was drive-through only. I went around to the drive-thru line to discover there was nine cars waiting in line. And there was no outlet for me to get out of that line without going against the traffic flow. Communication goes a long way. you need to beef up your staff you don't have enough

Why? Just why are you guys going above and beyond to do everything you can to stop people from ordering? I cant place an order in dining. I cant place an order online. I cant do delivery. I cant go drive thru because i got a semi truck. I cant walk up the drive thru. I cant order and wait even an hour willingly. Seriously? This is how you treat a hungry person that is willing to pay. Go to hell with your customer service and i hope whole whole company burns down. The gas station worker just walked up and they took his order because he works here. I have been waiting for 1 hour here and they denied me

Always enjoy the coffee but got oatmeal with berries and it was not what I get at other Tim Hortons. Very dissatisfied with the amount of berries and I did not was sugar in it and it was too sweet. Could not eat.

Tim Hortons will continue to get 2 stars. Unlike Starbucks, who offers different options for people who don't eat just pork, this location doesn't offer any plant based meat options. Really it's just good for donuts and coffee. And the coffee isn't even as good as it used to be.
