The wings were great, I wish I could say the same for the pizza, so disappointed....
The pie was part thick & part thin crust, the sauce and cheese were so uneven that some parts were swimming in sauce and cheese while other parts barely had either.
The fact that this business considers this acceptable to sell to a customer is quite concerning.....

We have been ordering regularly from the Pizza heist probably since they opened and have always been happy with what we have received. They are a small mom and pop business family owned and we’re happy to have them in the neighborhood.

The pizza crust and dough were fantastic and the right amount of cheese. My only complaint was I thought the sauce was to herby for me. Too much oregano, besides that great pizza. Haven’t had their wings or subs yet.

I have in wny most of my life and after 8 yrs away I thought maybe it just tasted so good because I missed buffalo pizza. Then I orderd somewhere else and nope.. This place is by far one of the best pizzas I've ever had.. The sauce, the bubbly crust, just amazing !

Ordered a large pepperoni pizza and 20 wings online, which is a pretty simple order. Got home and found a cheese pizza, no pep. Double checked the email confirmation and even the paper slip on the pizza box and both confirmed that a pepperoni pizza was ordered. I usually let a careless error or two slide but they’ve made quite a few of them over the years so I’m done with this place. A cheese pizza might be fine if you’re a child at 8 year old’s birthday party but I wanted pepperoni and like any reasonable person, I want to receive what I ordered and what I paid for. The only saving grace was that the wings were delicious. Overall, very disappointed.

We ordered for the first time using online ordering, also for the first time. We made a mistake and ordered the wrong sub, it was discovered when the owner(I think) relay the order to me. He made The correct sub in less than 10 minutes and brought it right out to our car with the rest of the order which I assume he kept warm for us. When we got home and opened our food we were impressed by the care and presentation that went into our food. Pizza heist is clearly about serving the customer and providing great value. Definitely going back!!!

Subs are excellent, the wings are phenominal, not excited about their actual pizza ( I am very picky about pizza) but the rest of their food more than make up for that

Just ordered the pizza for 2 with the chicken fingers. We got the pizza thats good but they got the fingers wrong and gave us 10 plain wings we valled to tell them they sent the wrong thing and got attitude and said we want the 10 wings back and youll get your fingers in 20 mins. Mind you we just waited a hour for delivery and tipped the driver. I work at a pizzeria and thats not how you handle a mess up. It would have been nice to get fingers with our pizza then its there mess up and nothing out of coutesy. Maybe they could have said keep the wings and the fingers are free next time or not even give us the wings but maybe just give us the fingers we paid for next time no1 eats then eats dinner again 20 mins later.

Tried to place an order for two sheet pizza's and 100 wings- Easily a $130 order, to find out we are out of range for delivery/. But you've delivered to us on multiple occasions before..smh. So, had to cal Picasso's and they had no problem making the trip. How come you driver to ransom rd, but not town line? we're literally the next street down- about a mile further. Great food, just not willingly to put in the distance I guess

Order 1-2x week & never got horrible service until today from Abby the acting Manager. She answered phone "yea"! Had to ask if it was Pizza Heist, she said "yea"..asked if she could take my order! Ordered sheet pizza for 5 of us, hubby came home with a large burnt pizza! Called back & got more Abby attitude because she stated phones were busy! $15 for Abby attitude & burnt pizza! Never ever again! Calling for a refund in the morning, totally disappointed, hangry and frustrated! Sent an email to the Pizza Heist website hopefully get a response!
