Took my daughter here around lunchtime. It wasn't too busy and the staff was super pleasant. Food was delicious and quick! Tried their new Cinnamon Oatmilk Latte and it was amazing! It was also very clean and well kept.

Asked for my coffee to get microwaved for 30 seconds, I was denied. Everywhere else they microwave it for me. The creams in the coffee makes a bit colder..

Absolutely disgusted. One night I was going through drive through and saw two people vaping over the drinks. I took them to not start a fuss but as soon as I passed a garbage can I threw them out. Long story short if you have people vaping over your drinks and food. You shouldn’t be opened. More don’t go here if you want a decent meal either prices just keep going up and up.

I usually like this location. But sometimes the customer service is lacking or there's some sort of miscommunication. I just tried to order a breakfast sandwich which I've gotten at least 3 different days lately, all in the afternoon no problem. Well, today I'm told they don't make them after 11 am, even though the sign says they make them until 5 pm. If the policy changes, you should probably change your sign. They were also out of 2 types of donuts I wanted.

I'm VERY disappointed in the management at this Tim Hortons. I went through the drive thru. I paid for my order and the cashier handed me all my items except my doughnut. I said oh you forgot my doughnut. She apologized and said to Mr I'm so sorry, I should have told you before you paid that they didn't have that doughnut available. Well I wasn't a fan of what they had and asked for a muffin and attempted to hand her my card to pay the difference. The cashier said oh don't worry about it. (That's great customer service. If you make a mistake you make it right). She went to get the muffin and the manager stops her. Then he comes to the window. No apology, instead rudely says to me (not even nicely) "well the muffin is 35 cents more than the doughnut. The poor cashier looks so embarrassed. 1st . You don't deserve to be a manager. Seriously 35 cents. The cost to run card, frustrate a customer and the amount of embarrassment you caused the cashier... was not worth 35 cents.
