ALISHA is the best Employee this facilityhas. Always has a smile. Friendly and courtesy. Highly recommend her as your personal waitress. She's the number one reason we dine here. Keep up the good work.
Food is always good, fresh & hot. Sometimes the portions vary, they need to be more consistent.
Not good. They were short on help and the food was not up to their usual quality. I ordered a salad, the lettuce was tough and hard to chew. The chicken pieces in the salad were old and dry. The waitress was really sweet and her personality helped a bad meal not be worse.
Occupancy was about 10%. Waited at least 15 minutes to be greeted. Asked what was the problem. Hostess said that someone had a blow out in the bathroom and they were cleaning it up. One menus per table because of Covid…? Handed waitress 2 salt shakers that were coated with either catsup or bbq sauce
My pick up time for carside was 7:19pm. I arrived around 7:20pm. After waiting for approximately 25 minutes in the car I walked in and noticed a bag sitting on the counter. After another 15 minutes someone asked what order I was waiting for along with another patron. The bag on the counter belonged
Make sure you check your take out order. It was wrong and sirloin was to be medium well and it's well done tough and burnt. Waste of 40.00 if I could have gave no stars I would have had living in Heath Springs it's a 35 min drive back to the restaurant.
I try not to be harsh in general, but believe me when I say...this is the WORST place I have ever eaten at. I don’t necessarily expect the royal treatment, but when I order my salmon I would prefer it to be seasoned and not dried to hell. Not to mention I ordered hot wings from there, and those were
Really slow they put a new waitress with multiple people in her area! I didn’t get my drink until like 10 mins sitting here! Not a good place to go out and have a nice time and just eat🙄
