We ordered 2 pizza's and a cookie. They were short on drivers so THEY called door dash. After almost 2 hours we called to see where our food was and they asked us to wait 10 more minutes. We waited 15 and called back. They offered to replace the order. They quickly sent the food out but it was still over 2 hours total wait time. The food showed up but no cookie. When I called back I was told they could only replace the pizza. Any other food isn't covered because they gave our order to a driver. They can only quality cover the pizza, not wings, cookie's,or anything else, even though they used door dash not us. The cookie was over $7 and we gave an $8 tip. We will not order again from Pappa John's again!

Ordered a pizza, took one bite then vomited so I threw it in the trash because my dogs wouldn't even eat it. I then cut out a large circle of cardboard and put some dollar store brand pizza sauce on it and ate that, it was ten times as good.

Papa John's staff is Awesome! Very friendly and always greet me when I walk in the door. Definitely recommend them.

The gluten-free pizza is of low quality. There are several other pizza places that have excellent gluten-free crust. Before I was gluten free I loved Papa John's Pizza, not so much anymore Plus the garlic butter has wheat starch in it, why couldn't they have made it cornstarch

Never answers their phone at night. This has been an ongoing issue. I’ve called to complain during the day and have been told numerous times that a manager would call me back and that never happens either. We have been ordering for 8 years and because their website won’t allow us to order delivery (even though they deliver to us) we have to call and change our order from pickup to delivery every time. It’s not worth the hassle so we’ll order from one of the 50 other pizza places in Lancaster. Please avoid this restaurant! There are plenty of other pizza places that actually answer their phones and treat their customers with respect!

The pizza had literally nothing on over 1/4 of it.. It was also supposed to be one of their specialty pizzas..The crust was dry and over cooked...and the two hairs were an added bonus. This is the most disgusting pizza I have ever seen..Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else...I cant imagine anything could ever be as bad as Papa Johns!!

Last time we ordered from here we had pizza and wings and the pizza box was dripping in grease. Waited a long time and then decided to give them another chance tonight. Garlic knots were okay but not as advertised. Pizza did not taste right. We will go back to choosing another pizza place in Lancaster.

We had a long day so we decided to order pizza for dinner. We order online, 20 minutes before closing. It said the max time would be 45 minutes. When I checked tracking they were still making our order and it had been 30 minutes. I tried to call to see if they were still going to fulfill our order but the store was closed so I couldn't get through to anyone. An hour later they had canceled our order online with no contact with me at all. I had a hungry family waiting for food for an hour that wasn't even coming.

It took close to an hour for my order to arrive and then I had to pay an unexpected and unexplainable fee? I just wanted to eat. I will NOT be ordering from here again. And you shouldnt either.

It's crazy. From the time I called into my pizza it took an hour and 8 minutes to be delivered. Was only told 20-25 minutes. And the lady who took my order did not have a clue as to what she was doing
