Ugh! The crispy chicken sandwich designed to compete with other competitors sandwiches was sad, small, and over cooked. The fries were old also. Not a good meal at all.

Usually very good food and very good service. Can be very busy at peak times. Just be patient and smile. Everything will be fine. Sometimes they close one of the drive thru lane for deliveries. So just use the other one. Remember follow traffic arrows, be patient and wait for someone backing out. Don't park by the building in the traffic lanes. Go around and wait for your passengers. Usually better to exit at the light. Don't go thru the gas station. Overall a great place.

THE most pathetic McDonald's there is. When it gets busy, the employees throw food at each other and gossip. I witnessed a manager being completely disrespectful to a customer here the other day. She was defending being so slow by saying her whole crew was 15-year-olds. She told him mobile orders don't matter when they have people in the store that needed waited on. She's not the only rude manager there, most of them are. If the meal does come out correct, which is rare, the fries are dead, or the sandwich has 2 little slivers of lettuce, and so on. This location has been like this for years. I hate going clear to the east side when I want some McDs, but they do a much better job over there, and hold their employees to a higher standard. This makes no sense because I think they are both owned by the same company.

When the seasoned crew is on, the McDonald's at 1401 N Memorial Drive, here in Lancaster ROCKS! Double lanes go through in a reasonable amount of time. There have been no mistakes in our orders.

It took them till we blow the horn to get them to take our order we hard them take the outside order 3 times before I finally blow the horn and they responded but food was good we got sausage and gravy and biscuits with hash browns and a mocha ice coffee

The older lady in the drive thru was extremely rude, was mad when I told her she forgot my drinks. And she came back with just 1 and I told her there was another. Was rude about it handed me the drink and slammed the window. Asked for no pickles and I got 4 pickles on the sandwich and 1 pickle on the bun. Since when does McDonald’s give more then 2 pickles let alone 5.. not sure if I’ll be heading back.

Large fry isnt a thing at this place, you order a large and end up with a medium size fry. Employess should know the right sizes especially when i pay almost 4 dollars for the large fry. What a joke...

mm we had breakfast and the breakfast was good. i felt like i was go8jg to die after the.cinnamon roll i think it had too much grease.

So upset today with this restaurant. My daughter wanted so badly to get a happy meal for her 4th birthday today (I don't let her get them often so it's a treat for her) and she's so disappointed. Instead of a toy they gave her a bag of apple slices and one of her chicken nuggets had a huge hair wrapped around it. So disgusting. Clean it up and get it together please before you ruin another person's day.

Very nice....big....great design! There are friendly employees offering more coffee, taking away trays, being helpful in the dining area. I asked if they were laid off during the new build and they were not. All were rerouted to different McDonald locations. Everyone seems happy and it's very refreshing! Classy ownership.

Our order was missed up. We ordered 2 ice tea only got 1 and I ordered a value maill and did not get my fry and my daughter did not get her fry either. I don't know if we will go back to this McDonald's again .😬

Kinda funny that my wrap was sealed with a piece of paper that says NO RANCH SAUCE..so someone had to tuck that baby tightly around it...it says NO RANCH SAUCE....anddddddd it has ranch sauce... double checked for inaccuracy..nice

It's like a mad house inside, they gave us someone else's order and then some clown backed there suv into the picnic area benches where unfortunately my daughter and I where standing. I had to snack the back of the window to get them to stop. Only positive thing from this experience was they replaced my order without hassle.

I just went threw the drive thru and the fellow that gave us are food v was Awesome and friendly. And would make me want to come back again. Let me not leave out the girl that took our money she was very pleasant with us because I couldn't figure what I wanted. So I give her kuddos just friendly
