Review Wendy's - Lancaster

Ordered bacon and cheese potato it looks really old. Bacon was burnt and the cheese was like rubber. I wouldn't recommend to no one. Worst Wendy's I ever been to. And the fries wad cold

I ordered a hamburger no pickle, no lettuce. I got to the window took my bag. Had to go back through the line. I told him hamburger no pickles, no lettuce. I got cheese on my burger. I was on my way to Dayton. I couldn't spend anymore time in the parking lot. I did see a manager as I was pulling out. She told me to come back when I have the the time. So thank you. The dark haired girl was very rude.

Took all my grandchildren out for lunch. They forgot to include the happy meal with the meal and included cold fries. They quickly replaced the fries and we had a great meal. Thanks Wendy's.

I went to McDonald's and nobody came across the speaker so I went down the street to this Wendy's where I can easily go to and I got me a number 6 spicy chicken sandwich it was delicious hello expensive but I was working the money soon as I pulled in a gentleman on the speaker said hey look in the windies be back with you in just a second within a minute he came back and I ordered my food pull up to the drive-thru awesome service got good food and I left. But there is a problem I want another spicy chicken sandwich it was good I went there about 3:34 this afternoon I don't know about any other times of the day but is a good spicy chicken sandwich good fries good drink and on top of it I use my dollar key chain and got me a chocolate little Frosty to go with my meal that was dessert it was good thank you Wendy

Very nice and clean... tried the new strawberry frosty... it's delishes small is perfect size... great tasting fries too

Food was good they were out of LG cups and never gave us straws inside was closed line was to long to get back in.

9.5/10 times you go here your food will be freezing cold, highly over cooked and hard, or just won't be in your bag at all. Don't recommend 🤷‍♀️

Went through drive through because inside is closed go figure. Got double cheese burger mustard and pickles only. Didn’t have a my mustard on it just pickles. Also ordered large chili specifically asked if spoon was in bag. She said yes sir with confidence. Went to eat it where I hacked to pick someone up. Guess what no spoon. All these fast food places at ex beginning to be such a joke.

Could have been a 5 star moment however, they don't acknowledge there customers. Waited 3 minutes at the counter with no one at the counter. 2 of the staff in the back making sandwiches or fries just looked at us, the drive thru person brought money to the counter for the donation box and didn't even acknowledge we were standing there or make eye contact. So we left! There is absolutely no reason why this is acceptable! Plus the drive thur had like 1 car that just left so, what's your excuse?!?!?! Sad....

Just wanted to recognize that Shelly contacted me today, assured me that these issues have been or will be addressed with the manager who was on duty during the visit reviewed below. She asked that we give them another chance to make it right. Visited tonight and all was perfect as usual. THANK YOU! I was at the Wendy's on Memorial Drive in Lancaster, OH between 6:30 and 6:45 pm on 12/8/16. I ordered inside for a to go order. The cashier was pleasant but didn't give me my receipt. While waiting for a man who has gray hair and was dressed as if he might be the manager was coordinating the orders at the counter. When I approached he didn't greet me or say a word until he plunked my large chili and 10 chicken nuggets on the counter with "there's that." I was waiting for a apple pecan chicken salad and once ready he shoved it into the bag sideways, dropped the dressing packets on the floor, picked them up and put them in the bag with the salad. I asked if he had the pecans in the bag and he did not, I asked if the requested sweet and sour sauce was in the bag and it was not. I gave him the dressing back--I didn't want it but told him that I really didn't want it since it had been on the floor. He threw them back in the cooler. While I was waiting to order a young man was standing between the drive thru area and front counter and for about 20 seconds he worked on styling his manbun before going to work without washing his hands. I though the manager was going to say something to him as he was nearby but did not. To top it off, once I got home I had about 1/3 cup of water in the bottom of my salad container--I had to strain it to eat it. I was really looking forward to the salad but this whole experience was the worst I've had for a very long time. Please respond with your remedy--like improved manager attitude or hire somebody who cares for a start. I realize this may be a franchise unit but your brand is on the line. I've asked 3 times for somebody to contact me about this problem with no response that just shows that they don't care. Heath department should be contacted since there were so many violations in a 10 minute period.

I used to love the Taco Salad. What happened? I went to the Wendy’s on Memorial Drive in Lancaster Ohio the other day and went through the drive-thru. I ordered a Taco Salad and the Chilli that they gave me was barely larger than the salsa cup that came with it. My fiancé got a chicken salad. She had way more meat in her salad than I did. And now I came back to go through the same drive-thru tonight and got a small Chilli. The cup that it came in was larger than what they had given me with the Taco Salad the other day but was still considerably smaller than what it used to be. AND even though it was smaller, it was twice the price that it used to be. I’m pretty turned off by my last two experiences here. What happened to Wendy’s?

Chili portion was small. Fries not hot. For inside service. Employees not polite.

Whenever I get fast food it is Wendy's doesn't upset my stomach and always get what I ordered..and they are always friendly💖

Today's employees were a hoot at the drive thru. Order taker made fun of my accent three times, Then when we pulled up to the window the cashier made it a point to call me "bud" as much as possible. The goober who took my order was chatting and forgot to get one of our beverages. Cashier with giant holes in his ears had to call "Mason" four times to get his attention to get the other beverage for our order. I don't have an accent when I speak, but when I know I am going to have to repeat myself multiple times, I use an accent so young and old persons can hear me. Our order was complete with exception of the sides of melted cheese, I guess Wendy's can have that dollar, maybe they can use it to teach their employees some humility and how to properly communicate with patrons.

Have ate here several times as our kids and grandkids live in the area. It is a newer Wendy's with a great environment. The food has always been spot on good with a consistent quality. We have always had great service with friendly faces and even service at the table.

I just tried the ghost pepper fries. Soooo disappointing. The lady at the cash register rated them at nine on a scale of one to ten. They don't even rate a one! I've got mouthwash with more spice than those fries.

I keep getting shorted fries. It's honestly ridiculous how much you pay for this establishment and how little you get.

what happened to the famous chili soup, it was so horrible today my dogs didnt even like it, thats sad, i had 2 and i mean just 2 chili beans ,no flavor, no tomatoes just lots of hamburger and was so runny like they added water , it was so clear you could see through it, i was very dissatified and won't be going there again if thats how they are going to cheat people out of what use to be the best ever to the worst

After waiting for someone to decide they were going to take my order. All I was in the mood for was a frosty. I was going to order more but after my waite all I wanted to do was walk out.

These people at this Wendy's rock. My hubby and I walked in a few minutes before the lobby closed, and they were setting up for their Christmas party. They were all so friendly, and didn't rush us at all. This is how customer service is done people.

My order was messed up twice today walked to the counter got ignored by the girl Tammi by name tag she had on. She kept walking by not saying a WORD. So I asked for a manager her reason short staff.. poor customer service .. I paid a good bit to get horrible food.. it's hard to see who the managers were when there was no organization..

I LOVE the fact that you have the "smart links" toys in your kids meals.... it is my 4 year old sons FAVORITE!!!!! I too think that these are the BEST toy's I have seen in kids meals. My son looks forward to getting them and adding them to his collection to make bigger and better sculptures. It is great to watch him follow the instruction with the set to create the particular themed piece but then to see him use his mind to create his own structure....so in closing... THANK YOU!
