The customer service is non existing. They don't check the orders going out.we had ordered off doordash and got the completely wrong order. They are lucky we don't have food allergies because they gave us a mushroom melt instead of a king rax. We called the store and whoever we spoke to was complete

Rax was the go to fast food as a kid. Sadly, they have mostly been shut down and supplanted by the far inferior Arby’s. Passing nearby Lancaster I went to check this one out and relive the Rax experience. It still holds up, exactly like I remember. Wish these were still around my hometown
