Ihop

My family and I came in around midnight last night, after watching fireworks in Columbus. Our server was Hayden and I just need to say, he is so awesome! He definitely made our experience one we will never forget! With lots of good laughs! And I need to add, the food was AMAZING! It has been a VERY long time since my food was spot on perfect, from here! I probably will only ever be stopping in during midnight shift, for now on! YOU ALL WERE GREAT!!

So I don’t usually give a bad review but this is one. The waitress named cherish we had today was rude. When asked for the syrup caddy she brought 4 little cups out and not even of the ones I wanted. When asked again for the caddy she just rudely ignored me and walked away. Also we asked her to put the blueberries in the pancakes for my grandfather and she refused to even though he has trouble swallowing

Had a party of seven, we all ordered at the same time. One member of our party ordered six pancakes. They got their pancakes -after- the other six meals were delivered and finished. Two of the six delivered had pancakes as a side. We were told as the six meals were delivered that the last meal would be along shortly, which I guess means 35 min later. We've had consistent problems with sauces not being included with meals, toppings missing from food/drinks, and hot sandwiches being delivered cold. Used to be great service and great food, but since the pandemic it's all gone down the drain.
