I placed and order via Door Dash for a 5 Piece Handcrafted Tenders Spicy, 12 pcs Mild Mixed, 3 pcs Chicken Combo Mild, 1 lrg Mac N Cheese, 2 lrg mash potatoes, 1 reg Mac n cheese, 1 lrg Cajun Fry and 1 biscuit, order total was $110.92. The entire order is WRONG! NONE of the sides were included, the 12 pcs mixed was ALL Breast, the 3 pcs was 2 breast and leg, the tenders were not spicy, NO biscuit and I was sent 6 orders of fires!!

My experience has not been the best. I’ve come to this establishment on several occasions. Each time I come my order is incorrect. I spent $16.00 today and did not receive the correct order. In the past I have reframe from leaving a review because they have plenty one star negative reviews however, something has to change. Customers are paying their money for quality customer service, good food, and the correct order. Please do better, know one needs to be fired as times are hard however, training, and employee support is much needed.

I changed my review to 5 stars because on this particular evening, the crew went above and beyond. I hadn't been here in a while because of my previous experience. However, the crew stepped up their game, the epitome of what great customer service should be.

The employees are super rude here especially to door dash drivers. I tried to pick up an order tonight and door was locked. I noticed a paper taped to the door with words saying for pickups to go through drive thru. Only the sign was upside down and hard to read. I saw an employee playing on their phone inside. I knocked to let them know their sign was upside down to just be helpful but they blatantly ignoring me. I ended up being unable to get the order to deliver it. I will never eat here again nor will I do deliveries for this location again.

Clearly understaffed. They take forever to take your order in the drive thru. Order takes twice as long when you order food inside. They usually never have sweet heat sauce and I sometimes have missing items from my order.

It was like going to my (White Castle) movie adventure. Because as soon as I got to take a bite of that Louisiana fried Chicken mild and the fries on the side with that beautiful warm biscuit with butter at the wonderful Popeyes I was in heaven. Totally worth the big bucks.

Ok... I love their food!
This was my first visit to a Popeyes and I was thoroughly impressed with the food. This food makes another chicken place, run by a colonel, look like they have no idea what good chicken is.
Now to heart of the review:
Pros: Food, and Staff. Both were great!
Cons: Check your stuff before you leave...This is a must!
They missed the potatoes order and included fries instead. They missed the dipping sauce for the strips.
All in all, if you want a good meal with lots of flavor and are willing to double check your stuff, eat here!

My order is wrong almost every time I go. Even things as little as a fork and napkins are forgotten. I order the same thing everytime I go and something is always missing (biscuit, fries, sauce, etc)
