I changed my review to 5 stars because on this particular evening, the crew went above and beyond. I hadn't been here in a while because of my previous experience. However, the crew stepped up their game, the epitome of what great customer service should be.

The employees are super rude here especially to door dash drivers. I tried to pick up an order tonight and door was locked. Clearly understaffed. They take forever to take your order in the drive thru. Order takes twice as long when you order food inside. They usually never have sweet heat sauce and I sometimes have missing items from my order.

It was like going to my (White Castle) movie adventure. Because as soon as I got to take a bite of that Louisiana fried Chicken mild and the fries on the side with that beautiful warm biscuit with butter at the wonderful Popeyes I was in heaven. Totally worth the big bucks.
