5 stars across the board! I love Taylor Chip. I have visited the Lancaster location many times and always have such a great experience! Taylor Chip recently opened a location near my home in York PA and now I'm even closer to the best cookies in town! The environment is clean, chic, friendly, fun, and of course DELICIOUS. I've enjoyed my visits each and every time and can't get enough of those delicious fresh cookies, and the coffee too! Definitely recommend Taylor Chip.

I sent my nephew gluten free Taylor chip cookies as a birthday gift. He said they were amazing! Customer service was awesome , too - they quickly and pleasantly corrected an ordering error I made and provided a refund. This was my first order with Taylor Chip, and won’t be my last!

Great cookie shop! We've come here various times and love these cookies. They're big and scrumptious and there are some unique and exciting flavors. Staff are friendly, and the shop itself is cute and boutique. Great place for a treat!

Hey family I have a good one for you today. I saw these cookies on social media and decided to try them out. Now mind you, we've tried lots of commercial freshly bake cookies from different companies and also relatives.
Let me say these cookies we tried are in a gourmet category by themselves, especially being shipped to you
They got me when they stated they'll bake them and then they'll ship your order. I recieved my cookies just when they said with email messages as well.
That's to me is great customer service
I had to hide my favorite ones from my family to eat later.....Enjoy

The cookies here are phenomenal. I've also purchased a cookie cake here and it was also amazingly wonderful. My most recent purchase I tried using an old, old gift card. It was on paper from before they had actual gift cards. It was not working with their system and the gentleman helping me was very generous with wanting to honor it for the full amount. I knew there was only $4 left on it and told him as much so he took the $4 off. I really appreciated his willingness to try to honor the full amount just to keep me satisfied but could not let him give me more than the $4 off that I knew was left on it. Great customer service moment!

These cookies are huge and flavorful! I’ve been wanting to try this place forever and finally made it today. It was worth the wait. The cookies are so soft and delicious. I’d highly recommend this place.

These were amazing - hands down the best cookies I’ve ever had. I ordered a dozen on a whim after seeing a Facebook ad and looking at the website. The cookies arrived quickly and the packaging was great. The cookies themselves are incredible - perfect texture and flavor and some unique options. Everyone needs to try these! We’ll be regular customers for sure.

Our only complaint is a personal preference. We thought the cookies were under baked for us. The middle were more gooey then just slightly softly under baked. Love they have several good options including Gluten Free options. Which can be hard to come across. If you do, doesn't mean they are good. Our daughter said the Gluten Free were good flavor & not gritty, just under baked.

Oh my the cookies are delicious! We have had Taylor chips frequently! The cookies are huge! Big enough to split or save a little for later! They have a wide variety of cookie flavors. Seasonal options. The Brookie is amazing if you like chocolate chip and brownies! They even have cookie cakes available! Order ahead for those. Plenty of parking. Discount for ordering a dozen cookies!
