My drive-thru order was completed accurately and quickly, at affordable price. Met my expectations for a fast food restaurant. The taste of the food was adequate, the portion size was surprisingly generous.

Popeyes has some great chicken and some delicious chicken sandwiches, the fried chicken is usually juicy and not too greasy. Sometimes you do get the flavor of old oil, but to be expected from a fast food chain.
Sometimes the drive-thru service can be slow but overall quicker than Chick-fil-A
I love going to this new popeyes location! It's a lot better overall than the other location at Manheim. Great customer service, fresh food & well done, also very clean which is so important!

I was at the restaurant and when I got home I realized I accidentally got the wrong food. When I went back into the store a couple days later the general manager was extremely nice and made sure my order was made correctly. Her name is Judith and she is definitely an asset to the company!
It was very busy today and im pretty sure they forgot my order so i waited 40 mins on a 15 min wait but its ok..i understand they was super busy tonight and to be honest all the workers did a wonderful job handling it...i was impressed to be honest...even with a smile on their faces.
