first time here. an would definitely come back. went in for my dads birthday and we had the by far best waitress ever!! her name was Tess and she made the experience absolutely perfect! she was very good with clearing the table and putting smiles on our faces, she was super respectful and very sweet! will always request her if she’s working!

Food was tasty - kitchen needs to work on some things
1. Lettuce wraps - I don’t need the lettuce core
2. Wontons - over cooked

Fun place to eat and was easy to make a reservation for our larger party. Service was good for the most part. Facility was clean and decorated nicely. Bathrooms were also in good condition. Parking can be a little busy due to the area but there plenty of spots.
Desserts, drinks and sushi were super good! Some of the rice and noodles dishes seemed over oiled but were still tasty.
Will be back.

I’m usually not a fan of chain Asian restaurants but I really do enjoy P.F. Chang’s. I love that they feature Japanese beers like Asahi, Sapporo and Kirin. One of the best things on the menu is lettuce wraps. You can keep it low carb with the lettuce and the meat is seasoned so well. I have not had a bad dish here yet. The restaurant is always super clean as well.

The food was absolutely fantastic. It was well prepared with care and attention to detail. Tyler, our server, made a phenomenal drink which complement the dishes amazingly. Would go back in a heartbeat. This location is better than other locations in the area we had tried in the past.
Other the fast menu items, I strongly recommend asking for Tyler’s own drink. It won’t disappoint.

I have been to this P.F. Chang’s multiple times since it opened and it has never disappointed. We always have great servers who are kind , friendly, able to manage big groups and who have great senses of humor. The hot food always comes out piping hot , the drinks hit the spot and they have a good kids menu as well. I will be back again!

Last few times P.F. Changs has a been a big disappointment until this one in Lancaster.
Had food at the bar with some draft beer.
Bartender was very attentive, I was able to personalize the food the way I wanted, she got me the sauces and beer 🍺 and sports channel I wanted on all was great.
Not sure if being too picky, there were 2 flies flying around me were a little distracting and if they were not accompanying my dinner I would have given a little better review 😉
Will be back to this location.

Love P.F. Chang's! Delicious food and nice restaurant setting. Some of the menu options can be a little pricey, but the food is served family style so the portions are pretty big. Highly recommend the crispy green beans appetizer - they were a hit with all of us, including my 2 year old! 😋🥡🥢🥠

Food was amazing and service was great! This was my first time and I had imagined the inside to be fancier. We went at lunchtime so there were very few people eating. The tables seem really close so I couldn't imagine what it would have been like on a busy night. The paint on the ceiling is also peeling pretty bad in one section.
