Review Mick's All American Pub - Lancaster

Greeted as soon as we walked in by a friendly hostess. Server came to our table right away. Drinks came out pretty quickly. Our food was very good and very large portions. We were surprised how long we waited to get our food. We asked for our soup first and ordered two appetizers for our meal. I got a picture of the soup but by the time the rest of the food came we were so hungry I forgot to snap a picture. The place was empty other than a couple of people at the bar so no clue why we waited so long to get our food. Other than the wait time, everything was great!

Variety of food and drink options available, several "pub-style" options. Our food was delicious with decent portion sizes as well. Service was wonderful; our server and all of the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. I very much enjoyed the atmosphere of this restaurant! Beautiful, modern interior with several seating options (high top, low top, large booths for families/groups, bar seating) available. Covered, outdoor patio seating is also available, which includes a very nice view of the nearby pond with an island and walking paths surrounding.

I had a gathering at Micks after my daughters wedding. Everything was outstanding. The Food, The Service, And the atmosphere was awesome. Our guests enjoyed the Patio, and the Karaoke. Mick even came to welcome us, and thank us for being there. I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you, Mick, Alyssa, Marissa, Megan, Devin, and the male Bartender, I forgot his name but he was great also. I wish i lived closer to go more often. Thank You...

We’re stuffed! Had an awesome lunch at Mick’s All American Pub with my boys today. Had the please of being served by Alyssa A., who was amazing! Got our orders, drinks and took care of us the entire meal. Provided refills and plenty of napkins to get up the yummy goodness. If you’re looking for a family friendly, reasonable price location for lunch or dinner, look no further.

Dined at Micks Willow St for the 2nd time last evening and as before, it was a great experience. Promptly seated and our waiter was attentive and quick. Bonus points because he resembled Curt Cobain. Booths are extremely spacious. Apps were plenty good , pound of boneless chicken I thought was an app was an entree. No matter...... Beers were cold and the burger was done to perfection. Restaurant is clean. We'll be back.

The place was packed, but our Amber wings were sooo good! Definitely a must have if you come here. The staff, drinks, atmosphere and vibes were awesome. Loved it!!!

Very nice restaurant. We were visiting in the area and glad we came across this unique place. The size of their booths are a sight to see, and a beautiful bar.

We have been in the area for the last three years and it is obvious they have a new cook. The food and service has improved so much! The staff are always super nice as well and wait times have improved

Really good bar/Resturant. Cold beers good burgers and great apps. I would recommend this place if you are looking for a wide variety menu for family. Also the portion sizes are very large and quality of food was great. Would definitely come back here again

The food was really good, but it was pretty crowded. Our server was amazing and very helpful. We called ahead to be able to seat a party of 7 and they were able to accommodate for us. The wait was a little long since it was busy but overall really good. They were very kid-friendly.

My husband and I moved out to this area a little over a year ago and EVERY restaurant we have been to has been a microwaved nightmare. Eating here last night for his birthday was the first time we were so over the moon happy! The food was hot, delicious, it was super kid friendly the booths (were nice a big were a family of 6) were huge. we had elbow room the waitress was super sweet. we had a minor issue it was addressed by the manager and taken care of by the sweetest manager ever. we will 10000000% be here many more times no not wait to try more items on the menu!! also just to add we kept the bill under $115 (which with 4 children is nearly impossible) the bigger kids got apps for dinner but we didn't realize it was $2 off apps at the time. it was such a nice experience. i apologize for the long windedness of this review but it was just so yummy!!! TL/DR: food is good! staff is awesome! can not wait to go back.

This was my first time eating at Micks, I must admit the food was absolutely delicious! We all had the “old Charlie” wings (butter garlic Parmesan topped with old bay). However, although our waitress was very nice, it took over 30 minuets to get our food from the time we ordered. AND, I never did get my celery sticks... BUT we will definitely return. I really enjoyed the food!

Was in the area with our dog and it was alil warm yet to leave him in the car and they allowed us to bring him with us on the patio which was really nice and surprising the waitress was nice and the food was also good would definitely return again

We stopped in for dinner Friday, May 19rh. First off, our waitress, Aisling, was wonderful. So this review DOES NOT reflect poorly on her!! My son ordered the South Philly Pork sandwich. This was the most TASTELESS sandwich we've ever had. The chef definitely didn't know what he was doing with the Broccoli Rabe, and there was a lack of cheese on it. I ordered the Brussels and Beef "salad". The beef was very good, but that is all. The Brussels were totally raw (not even blanched). And, there was NO avocado on (at all). The chef drizzled the balsamic glaze over the beef AND over the Brussels. The Brussels (and avocado) SHOULD have had a honey mustard sauce on. That was also missing. Then, after expressing my disappointment to the "Manager", Robin, she only gave us a measly $4 off our bill. Just because the chef says the uneaten portions of our two meals was only worth $2 each. Robin is the restaurant MANAGER. She shouldn't have to ask the chef what to credit a custom for a lousy meal. SHE IS THE MANAGER and should have stepped up her customer service skills and at least given me 50% off MY meal. Granted the chef is new and might not know the menu yet; that's another reason THE MANAGER-ROBIN should have had the balls to override the chefs so-called discount and make an executive decision to keep a customer happy. Needless to say, I won't go back there for a VERY long time. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone at this time.

Mick's was great , food , employees and guests! All were great! Made a 5 hour trip to get a canoe and stopped for lunch and couldn't ask for a better place! Thank you Mick's!

Come in often and the last two times have been awful. Terrible service, wrong food brought out. Having to hunt down a waitress to get any service. Can't wait until a closer one opens as this place is going down hill.

Took an hour and a half to get a salad, soup and a wrap. Waitress forgot to put order in was lied to by staff said large parties in the back that's why it was taking so long. I felt they should have comped something and offered nothing.

The staff is very friendly, Robin's special drink is yummy, and the Crab Pretzel could NOT be better!

This Place is on Point ! My experience at Mikes restaurant on Columbia Avenue was great. The waitresses and servers all work together nice the food was very delicious and the bar is excellent as well.

My sister and I went before the movie started. The service was top notch! That girl was so much fun! We ordered side salads and pizza. Just delicious! We will be back! Great first time experience!

Always such a good time when I get the chance to go! Everyone there is so personable and inviting. Decently priced drinks, delicious food and a warm environment :) Also, I'd like to give a shout-out to Allyson Snyder! She's amazing <3

The staff was very nice but we we're hardly checked on. Drink specials were great but food wasn't as good.

Food took almost an hour to reach the table, and the place was empty, the food came cold. Server was not very competent to say the least.

Husband and I went on a Sat. night . Seated immediately, order was taken right away . Out server was a very nice young lady who was very attentive and personable. Wish I remembered her name . The food was excellent and was brought out in a timely manner . We will def. be going back .
