I absolutely love Cabalar. Every single time I go there I leave feeling like I just ate the most delicious thing to ever exist. They are consistently a 10/10 for me. The burgers are bursting with flavor and they offer lots of creative combos to choose from. The fries are also a MUST. Perfectly cooke
Good food. Clean atmosphere. Choices for drinks are basically beer or water. Wish they offered soda. Got the steakhouse burger without mushrooms. Burger patty felt thin so the bun and blue cheese flavors overpowered. But otherwise, delicious 👌🏻

Best burger I’ve had in a long time. Giving it four stars because the fries were not great. Too salty and it felt like they weren’t freshly fried, but put under a warmer.
The burger was nuts though. I got the Sweet Heat. Jalapeño jam was delicious. Next time I’ll get the chips.
New on my favorite spots in Lancaster! Had the Crispy Chicken Sandwich and Bánh Mi. Both were exceptionally good with great flavor. Pickles added great acidity to the ranch and dill sauce with the chicken and the Bánh Mi had great flavor and a nice kick with the jalapeños. Onion rings were also fant
I'm not at all exaggerating when I say Cabalar has hands down the BEST burger and fried chicken sandwich I have ever had in my life. Stopped in after reading other reviews and OMG the BEST burger I've ever had! Seasoned perfectly and the cheese all melted...yum!!! Also, tried one of the local beers and it was excellent. Great choice if you want some delicious food. We will definitely be back!
