Come on down and try this place out if you haven't. It's good food served to you by some nice people. If you're looking for a place to take the family too and perhaps have some leftovers. Come on in, they are waiting for you. You will have to ask for more fries off the bat. They seem to not really want to give them delicious fries out.

I get the tavern pig out double here with a lettuce wrap. It’s very good when they do it right. This is a nice family-friendly spot but tends to get very busy given the location. My son loved his chicken fingers and warm cookie with ice cream. While I’d give this place 4 stars, my son gives the cookie 5.

This is our favorite Red Robin having eaten at other locations. We started with a short stack of onion rings. Our very favorite onion rings ...ever! They are the best.
My husband had the fish and chips. 4 fillets of cod and a generous portion of fries. The fish is batter dipped and HOT when delivered to our table. It was delicious.Also came with tartar sauce and Cole slaw.
I had the crispy chicken sandwich. It had lettuce, tomatoes, onions and mayo. And some good fries.

Over all I have had very pleasant experiences here. The food is always great. You really can't beat their burgers for the price. Service is hit or miss but that's to be expected for busy nights. Over all they do a very good job at keeping the dining area clean

The burgers were absolutely amazing, as a vegetarian they had such great options. The impossible burger can be swapped for any of their traditional burgers which I loved. We got the onion ring tower, Oreo milkshakes and three burgers. We went in around lunch time and only had a 10 minute wait for our table which was pretty good. Then the food came out probably 30 minutes after which isn’t bad considering we went on a Sunday during lunchtime. Our waitress was lovely and attentive, good job!

Red Robin, Yum! Had a large party (I believe 12 of us in total) to celebrate a couple birthdays. We wanted to change things up and ended up here. Glad we went somewhere different but when dealing with a larger party choices start to become limited.
Got to Red Robin and had plenty of seats for us to wait in at the lobby and comfortable too. We were seated shortly there after and given some freedom to pull up another table if we needed it. Staff were all friendly and helpful.
Food came out in a timely manner and they even brought out the kids meals first. Everyone enjoyed their food with no issues once so ever.
Definitely would recommend this place to anyone to try!

Totally enjoyed our visit. Haven't been to Red Robin in years and so glad we came here. Our waitress was busy but always checked in on us. Our food was delicious and the drinks hit the spot.

Delicious burgers, mozzarella sticks were gooey and crisp! Screaming zombie was pretty good and Tito's blue drink was delicious! Black and bleu burger was phenomenal! Service was decent and atmosphere was clean and welcoming. Very detailed decor.

We visited a few weeks ago with many children after a day at Dutch Wonderland. We always like Red Robin, but this review is really more for our server Jenn. She was absolutely amazing; we spent the evening in awe of how hospitable, quick, thoughtful, etc she was to our large party. Truly don’t think I’ve ever had a server seem to care at her level.

My kids love this place, they're 17, 20 and 23. We went yesterday to celebrate my son's 23rd birthday. The serve was fabulous and our server was always refilling our drinks and asking if we needed anything else. I love the new dish Sear- ious Salmon. My family all enjoyed their meal.. Blessings always!

There were 4 of us. I had fish and chips. Grandson had bacon cheesburger and fries and coke grand-daughter had spinach , artichoke dip with nachos and sweet tea ,daughter had turkey sandwich with a bunch of stuff on and she and I had beers we all shared some fries with gravy and cheese balls. The food was delicious and our server was great. Didnt have to wait very long. Everything was hot and we were all full when we left there. I highly recommend it. I will go again

Great service, excellent food! I had the clam chowder soup and grilled chicken salad, and my husband had the bacon cheeseburger platter. Woul definitely stop here again.

Hot and juicy burgers. Good portion of fries. Salads are awesome. Have been to Lancaster, PA location many times and have never been disappointed. Sangria is great. Always eat here whenever we are in the area.

I usually order the burger with blue cheese on a ciabatta roll. But decided to try the $6.99 special burger.....it was just as good. They are my all time fav place to go for burger and fries. Endless fries to boot.

The food is always good but the waiter was a little lacking. We had a little incident but the manager handled it asap and we will go back. Hope we get a different waiter !!

I went there for take out, but I guess I should have called. The young man answered two calls while I waited there. I ordered from the menu then was told that they did not have what I ordered. Seems they changed the menu but had not updated them. I had been there several times within the past 3 years and they always got the order wrong. Thought I'd give them one last shot, but now I will not go there again and will never recommend them to my friends.

We go here about once every couple of months, the food usually is good, but when you advertise a grilled pineapple on your burger it actually should be grilled, there is clearly no marks on it, and when you go to a burger and fry place I'm sure the fries should always be hot, I mean you are making them every 10 seconds, yesterdays visit not great, burgers and fries all cold....just wasn't great at all, will think about coming back, I mean it's extremely expensive anyway for burgers/fries.

While I think some of the burgers are a bit overpriced, the food is always delicious! We had amazing service yesterday and the endless sides offset a bit of the expense.
