Enjoyed the soup and sandwich. Really liked the fact that they let you taste the soup before ordering. Definitely will go back and get soup.

Zoup was very delicious! At first, I thought that it would be an average soup restaurant, but I was blown away when I walked in the door. The employees welcomed me and the worker behind the counter asked if I would like to sample any of the soups before ordering. The salad was very good, and I had the Firehouse Tomato Bisque, which was very good. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants a quick and delicious bowl of soup!

Great selection and prices and you can sample before buying

All of the soups I have tried have been delicious. The bread is always warm and fresh. The prices are a *bit* steep for soup but it's an easy and quick place for lunch. Employees are always friendly and willing to offer a sample!

Great soup! Plenty of selections. They encourage you to sample as many as you like. Very good sandwiches. Not as wide a selection as the soups. They've added a salad menu since I was there last. My wife had the Chicken and Bacon Cobb salad and really liked it. Prices are reasonable, atmosphere cozy, staff are friendly, professional and there has never been a serious wait any time we've been there. I wish there was a Zoup in York. Highly recommended.

I love soup and they have a fantastic variety there. Very clean establishment and pleasant staff. Salad and sandwich options too if you want something else. Bread is usually fresh and their drinks are delicious too!

The soups are superb! They have a wonderful variety of high quality, fresh soups, with interesting flavors. They regularly swap out the flavors, and they will give tasting samples to help you select the best choice. Insider's Tip - The clerk told me that adventurous people will mix two soups. He recommended mixing the pepper steak and the lobster bisque, calling it surf and turf. I didn't have the courage, but maybe next time. (The pepper steak was perfect on its own!)

Large selection of soups. Both of our soups were hot and tasty. Crusty bread served with the soup. They also offer sandwiches and soup combos. Inside dining area clean.

I like that you can sample a soup before ordering. Ordered broccoli and cheese soup, as well as chicken potpie. Very tasty and hardy. They also have a nice crusty bread you can order along with your soup. Definitely good for take-out meals. It hit the spot.

I love the variety of soups, whether I'm adventurous and try something new, or take comfort in something familiar. And the sandwiches....fresh ingredients made to order. I can't go wrong here.

Rotating selection of hot soups, plus standard favorites. Great sandwiches and salads, and the food is always fresh. One of my favorite places to eat when I am at the mall (Park City Center), but they have a convenient outside entrance, so you don't have to be inside the mall to access.

Always has fresh soup options every day. It's great that you're able to sample any of them before placing your order. They offer salads and sandwiches as well or can mix and match for a meal (2 picks from soup, half salad, or half sandwich). Prices are reasonable and similar to Panera.

If you ever crave soup with whatever kind of diet you have I almost guarantee they have something. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, dairy free, meat eatter. They also have delicious sandwiches, salads and now grain and broth bowls, I have yet to leave disappointed. The strawberry tea today was delicious.

Food is really good, and priced fair. I got northern Indian lentil soup and chicken sandwhich. The sandwhich was surprisingly large and filling, the soup was too. The soup was not as spicy as I was expecting, but stayed piping hot the whole meal. My only gripe is the menu, which is confusing with its combinations.

Went to Park City Mall on Saturday from Maryland to look for walking shoes after a Greek grocery visit to Mandros Imported Foods at Charlotte and Lemon Streets. Parking is hard to find in the city to eat somewhere which is tough for that reason, so we headed straight to the mall. They have a food court and the same boring chain restaurants as any other mall or highway location. Then my girlfriend mentioned Zoup. I wasn't excited about it because I would have enjoyed a mom and pop eatery to support, but I was tired of the thought of driving somewhere else. We walked into Zoup with our two grandkids and they found a table, I took their order and was pleasantly greeted with hospitality. The cashier made ordering easy. The menu board was inviting. I didn't know about soup samples and did forget to ask for the Pumpkin Pie Bisque which sounded good. Our chicken Caesar salad was perfect and healthy, my Chicken Toscana, was amazing, kids classic mac n cheese, creamy and the tuna sandwich, awesome. My girlfriend didn't want the Pure Leaf unsweetened ice tea and they didn't have the sweet, but she loved the pomegranate fountain drink and I enjoyed the vanilla cream soda. The restaurant was very clean, everyone wore their masks, no complaints. We never found shoes, but found a great place to eat.

I love Zoup, they have so many options and the fact that they offer samples prior to your decision is fantastic. I only wish that they would bring back their flights of soup, since it let you try 3 smaller portions in one go (you typically have leftovers, but it's the best).

The turkey BLT was delicious, bread just about perfect, Nice toasted and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Computers were down and waited about 10 minutes to place an order.

Great soup selection, if you are soup lover give a try! Zoup changes their soup menu every day, just make sure you don't visit the same day or you may have the same choices.

My daughter and I enjoyed the potato chedder soup. Her salad and my sandwich were also tasty. As vegetarians we found much that we could eat.

We love the food, the services. Staff are super nice!
