Best pizza in Lancaster!! We especially love the white pizza with garlic & tomatoes, the Sicilian pizza, and the best garlic Parmesan wings ever!!

I ordered some pizza to be sent to my son on his birthday away from home. The lady on the phone taking the order was very courteous and helpful. My son and his friends said the food was very delicious. Ruffino's delivered in a timely manner. Overall great experience.

Childhood Gem. They just need to cook the pie a tad bit longer. Amazing family business. Lancaster needs to put pizza chains aside for this one. Well worth it!
Staff were polite and friendly. Pizza and Stromboli were ready quickly. Food was quite good. Probably some of the best hand-tossed pizza outside of the city. Overall recommended for hand-tossed pizza if you are in the area.

I really like this place. It seems like a small family owned place and the food is really good. The pizza has always been great when we have had it and I absolutely love the bread they use for the subs. I would say it's one of my favorite local pizza places.

I've been coming here since I was 17 years old. Some of the best Italian anywhere. You cannot go wrong with ANYTHING they make. I feel like family here. Now I live across the street and I order here at least 3 times a week. The meatballs are my favorite. Garlic Knots are my daughter's favorite. Great food and even better owners.

Served hot, using fresh ingredients, and the customer service is amazing in this time!!! They are covid compliant and even with this new challenge, the staff is friendly and prompt! The pizza is on point, the crust is chewy, the sauce perfect, and toppings are not skimped. It's a diamond in the rough and a must try for locals!

I visit Lancaster to see family 2-3 time per year. Almost every time I do, I stop at Ruffino's for their pizza. It is fantastic! The people there are always polite and friendly. Their fries are good. They are the thick cut kind. Their prices are fair and the quality is great!
Me and my wife love this place so much, we've traveled all over the country from Chicago, to New York, and this is our favorite pizza joint. The Sicilian is an absolute triumph. It is their own style that pays homage to the sinful deep dish from Chi town, but has the delicious dough that only New York seems to get right. The owner will know you by name after a few visits, and loves kids (at least our kids anyway :).
If you want amazing pizza at a very reasonable price for the pie, this is the place to go. The homemade dough, and fresh toppings the personal touch of the management, and the long history lead to a great dining experience. James + Peggy wish you guys the best!
Ruffinos were great last night...I had them cater my Daughters Birthday last night. 4 Pizzas, 1 Sicilian, 3 foot Turkey and Italian sub and 50 wings..Food was outstanding and ordering it was an ease....my Parents have been going there for years and they did not disappoint last night..GREAT JOB GUYS AND THANK YOU..
