We had a great experience eating here! Alicia was our server; she was so attentive and got us everything we needed. The food was also great. We all had burgers, and also got the cheese fries. They were all delicious. Everything came out hot, with perfect timing between the appetizer and meal. I definitely recommend going to Outback!

Rebekah and the hosts were wonderful. We had a concert we had to go to, so we told them we had to get In-N-Out under 30 minutes. So they recommended we sit at the bar. And that's exactly how much time it took. Great service, very friendly. Unfortunately our Appetizer was over salty, but our steaks were delicious. The managers were lovely and took the appetizer off our bill and asked several times if there was anything else they could do to make it better. Rebekah it was a pleasure meeting you!

This place is simply delicious! The blooming onion has a great taste (and a cool presentation too), if you like onion rings then this is for you. Personnel was polite. I went about 12.30p and it was a bit crowded, so I decided to skip the line by having a seat in the bar which offers the exact same service. I do recommend this place.

Had a great dinner tonight at Outback in Lancaster! The service here is always outstanding. Ariana was a pure delight. She served our bread before she even took our order and made sure my wine came out pronto. Fantastic!

I had a filet steak and lobster. It was done to perfection! The lobster at outback is the best, juiciest that I've had, South of Maine!! The server, Karissa was very attentive. She made my dining experience very enjoyable! She was happy & upbeat!! It was a refreshing change from the norm!!! I highly recommend the Lancaster PA Outback!! I stop in when ever I am close by!!

We are from out of town and came to the outback in Lancaster PA. We were a party of 10 with 5 children and they were beyond accommodating for us.other restaurants rolled their eyes when we came in but not here. The entire staff was wonderful and the food was excellent. Vivian was our server and she was fantastic. She was a major hit with my 4 year old daughter. We will definitely be back again!! Thank you for such a great experience.

Our waitress was horrible, we had to ask for our bread, we never got small plates for our appetizers & this was a group of 6 people trying to share 2 appetizers in the middle of a table.
Needless to say her tip was small, I kinda felt bad leaving a small tip not knowing if she was a new server.
All in all I'll go back only because the food was good.

We eat here from time to time and are quite happy. Our server Andrea is quite polite and accommodating. We've had her as a server many times in the past and she always remembers my wife and I. She is a real asset to Outback Steakhouse. The food was awesome! My chicken was cooked perfectly and I never had to ask for a soda refill.

I took my husband & grandson for dinner tonight to celebrate my husband’s birthday. My grandson has celiac disease so we had to make sure he had gluten free. Our server, Samantha, was fantastic! Their was six in our party and all the food was cooked to perfection but mine. 😢 I had the pork t-bone and requested well done. The edges were fine but the closer you got to the bone the more raw it became. Very thick cut of meat, bone in, it happens. The squash medley and baked potato were awesome. The table had ribs, filet mignon, burgers, appetizers, salads and fries. So one item not correct out of all of that ain’t bad! We will go again.

The food was really good and timely, our steaks were more toward medium-well as opposed to the medium we both ordered but they were so good that it wasn't a problem. The best part of the meal experience was definitely Vincent, who did a phenomenal job. We weren't rushed, he was polite, knew his stuff, and was just on top of everything. Thank you, Vincent!
