Recently I visited Sprout in Lancaster and was impressed by my experience. Despite the busy atmosphere, we were able to find a table a few minutes after ordering. Although there isn't a lot of indoor seating, the place was clean and staff was friendly. The food was fresh and arrived within 15 minutes of ordering. We ordered the CM 8 and the S 1, both dishes were delicious. The tofu in the CM 8 was flavorful and had a perfect texture, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, paired perfectly with the rice. The S1 was perfect for a cold windy day, the broth had notes of spicy jalapeños and fresh basil. The vegetables and glass noodles were cooked to perfection and not overdone and fun to eat with the crunchy tofu! The portion was decent and the dish overall was hearty and filling. Based on my experience, I highly recommend Sprout for anyone looking for a great vegetarian options.

Oh. My. Goodness. If I lived a little closer to Lancaster city, this would be my permanent go-to for amazing Asian food. The food is plentiful and out of this world! I've never eaten Vietnamese food before. Wasn't sure exactly what to expect, but I was so pleasantly surprised at the uniqueness of the dishes offered at Sprout. Can't wait to go back again!

Good authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Decided to check out this place during a recent trip to Lancaster City. Food - spring rolls could be wrapped tighter but overall still tasty. Loved the warm peanut sauce that came with it. My chicken vermicelli noodle dish was good - juicy chicken, good flavors from dish sauce and overall a nice fresh flavor meal. Service- professional and explained the differences in a friendly tone. You clean up after yourself which was cool. Vibe - modern, simple and but don’t sit near the front door due to the cold draft experienced in the dining room. Overall I would recommend this place.

Sprout is fantastic! An expansive menu of Vietnamese food that all sounded amazing and was reasonably priced. Also a very minimal but clean location. We both enjoyed our meals and will definitely be coming back to try more of what Sprout offers!

The place inside is beautiful, the staff is friendly, the food is amazing! It’s a great place to be and eat at. It’s in the city so if you come from out of the city, parking is an issue but the parking garage is a bit cheaper than the meters, at least it was the last time I was here. It’s genuinely one of the best places to eat at for Vietnamese food in the city.

I grew up near little Siagon in Garden Grove, California. Some of the best Pho ever is there. This place is fought there with them.
Broth was clean, not oily, and flavorful. Great umami. Portions are perfect, not too big. Fast service and clean looking kitchen.

The food is literally crave worthy. At least once a week I order from this restaurant the same exact thing because it tastes so good my body craves it. The vegetables are very fresh and never overcooked. The food is very healthy and nourishing. I can always find something that is gluten-free and vegan quite easily and more than once the restaurant has called me after a delivery order was placed just to review the ingredients with me to make sure that it met my needs. My favorite part is the little extra additions that make it so special such as fresh lime, cilantro, and bean sprouts. Food is always very very fresh.

We ordered one order of each: goi cuon tom & thit heo (spring rolls, added extra sauce), banh mi thit nuong (pork banh mi), and bun ga nuong (chicken and noodle salad, added the 2 fried eggroll add on). The picture is those dishes split in 2 and shared. More than plenty for a decent sized meal.
We used door dash, it was fast and had an in app $5 discount. The preparation and delivery was fast. Though it is only 4 minutes from my house.
The portions here a great. The food is great. I’ve never eaten in, but it’s on my list. I really like the banh mis. I could eat those every day.
The noodle dish is a salad and served cold, just a heads up. I really like the sauce that comes with it. You could get this with other proteins as well. I liked the pork a little more. So maybe go with that first.
