I went to DJ's Taste of the 50's for the first time yesterday. I've been wanting to go there since I was a kid. I was very pleased with the service. Danny, I think his name was, was an excellent server. And the food was fantastic. I had The Barnyard, which was a burger with spinach and bacon and a fried egg. It was one of the best burgers I've ever had. I highly recommend this place.

The service was great. The staff was attentive and our girl was sweet. Tommy was excellent, we thought he owned the place!! We loved the fries and shake. Great, fun place for lunch...lots of choices on the menu. Loved it!

Crazy that I felt nostalgic in this place, I was born in 2010. Anyway, I had the best burger of my life here, and the fries were excellent too. I will be back!

Satisfied my craving for an old fashioned hamburger. I did not have a shake so I cant speak to that. Cute place, great staff and limited seating.

Place is a total blast from the past. It offers good food and great service!!! The milkshakes are amazing!!! And the mac&cheese is a total sleeper, a must try!! The burger was good but bland. It didn't taste seasoned at all. The big hotdogs was enormous!! Highly recommend.

This place is so cute! It is very small and cozy so you may have a wait, but when we went, the wait was reasonable. Even though we got called to be seated, we decided to eat at the counter for the whole diner experience. The server we had was really nice, the food was good. I had the stuffed grilled cheese, which was a burger between two grilled cheese sandwiches. It was a lot!!! It was good but the burger could have used a little seasoning. All in all, it was a good outing. Note: I didn't get one, but the milkshakes looked really good

Very cute diner! There's a lot of good food options, and reasonable prices. The food is very good, service is good, and no complaints overall. We visited this place for the first time and were glad we went. The only critique would be that I wish the cheese fries were melted more, but it was still very good.

The menu is a little different now since they change owners but the burgers still taste the same, and they still use the fresh homemade buns!

Me and my wife seen this place on YouTube from J & B in the Hills video, so we just had to take the 1300 mile flight from South Mississippi to try it. This was the First Restaurant in Lancaster Pennsylvania we visited when we left the airport and Boy, was it worth it. I definitely will be adding this as 1 of my yearly vacation spots. Not just for the food, but the whole Amish experience and little shops and museums in the area.

Just came out of this nice diner straight out of the '50s. The burgers here are good! Got the double and I'm full to the brink! Fries were good and the shake was nice and creamy. Only bad side was the price of the double but it was well worth it.

Unique 50s themed restaurant with friendly staff and good food. They have a large variety of options (salads, melts, burgers) and cute kids meals served in a car. They also have cut outs and a phone booth outside to take photos while you wait.

Dreams of diner life in the 1950s are truly fulfilled at DJs. The decor is on point and the food is amazing! The stuffed grilled cheese was delicious! For dessert, apple 🍎 pie! Yummy!

My cheeseburger was the best burger I've had in ages! My husband loved his chicken cheese steak and the fries were delicious as well! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed eating outside on the patio. Check this place out!

There was just a little bit of a wait because we got there during dinner rush, but service was speedy and the food was DELICIOUS. Awesome atmosphere with great decorations too!

Small place and very popular. Be patient with staff as it's family owned and operated: wife serves and husband cooks. They had been slammed for several hours straight when we arrived. Every table was full or just vacated. We weren't in a hurry and was ok with drinks coming and the kitchen taking a much needed rest break. Milkshakes are very good, I would say the #1 reason to go there. I had a turkey melt and it was better than I could fix.

Fantastic place but small. Food was so good definitely get a side of the dilly ranch with your fries. Sorry the picture with just the onion rings. It did come with a burger but it was just too yummy to stop myself from eating it all.

First time visiting and we enjoyed everything about it. The food, the decor, the staff, all of it was great.
