Great place for pho. I had the spicy beef and pork and it was delicious. Huge portions - I took half home. Also got shrimp and chicken fresh rolls with a really good warm peanut sauce. Had the jasmine iced tea with lime. It was very tasty and lime forward.

Update: glad to see they are open for dine in again. The "pay at the counter" service is different than before and while it might not be my personal preference, I don't think it changes the overall experience much. It is more effecient overall so I can't really fault them for it. Food is still great, I like the big menu displays, and the people are still friendly.

The Beef Pho is amazing! My wife and I have been coming here semi-regularly for Friday lunch dine-in and we love this place. Fast, delicious, and easy to get to. The macarons make a phenomenal dessert if you are feeling decadent.

My wife & I were exploring Lancaster city and we stumbled to this hidden gem with great Vietnamese food. It's a no frills atmosphere but the dishes we ordered were delicious and priced reasonably. We highly recommend it.

Food is great always on point today's September the 9th I went in I ordered a salad combo with extra peanut sauce in jalapeno was charged extra for the two extra items which was fine no problem but I got home and I was missing my extra peanut sauce and my jalapenos

The beef brisket pho was absolutely delicious. Our server was very warm and helpful. It was my sister's first time there and she really enjoyed her chicken rice dish. It's a treat to have a meal at Rice and Noodles when I'm in the area.

My son & I love this place! I'm super picky about ethnic foods so I custom-ordered a soup containing ingredients I knew I would like. Wow, the chefs didn't disappoint...it was perfect & delicious. Everyone is super friendly and punctual to greet you at the door. Table service is great, too. My only negative is the close quarters. It felt a bit claustrophobic, but it was worth it. We'll be back again!

This is my favorite restaurant in the area. I have been eating there for at least 15 years. The food is always fresh, hot, and yummy! I have never been disappointed here.
The pho is top-notch, the subs are great, and the rest of the food is also excellent. In fact, I think I'll plan to eat there tomorrow! It is a small family owned restaurant, but worth waiting for if you arrive during a busy time.
Service (with a smile) is quick and friendly. They do not serve alcohol, but you can bring your own. Add Rice and Noodles to you list of must-go to restaurants!

Got introduced to this place back when we were doing some work for Lancaster County Mental Health. Ever since then whenever I'm traveling into Lancaster I have to stop here and get something. This place introduced me to so many different kinds of foods from the Vietnamese culture that I'm ashamed of myself for having not sampled beforehand. If you're a coffee Aficionado you have to try the iced coffee. Simply wonderful

Excellent Vietnamese food. Large menu..............salads, soups, stirr-fry. The fried tofu is especially good on any of the dishes. There's limited seating, but it's worth waiting if you have to. There's parking out back. I tried Vietnamese coffee (iced) for the first time........loved it and will definitely have it again.
