Review El Oaxaqueno Bakery - Lakewood

I'm highly annoyed right now. The last time we ate from this place, it was really good. So I reordered what I pretty much got last time. The caldo de Camaron not only wasn't full (it was like an 1 1/2- 2 in from the top...last time it was full....), It literally had no flavor. It was soooo bland. I am so upset I drove 2 hours for this food for it to taste like it wasn't even seasoned. So SO upset. Why wasn't it filled either? The other thing is, last time they were tortillas de Mano (handmade tortillas), this time they were some store brand. Ugh. Why change it up so much?? I would expect a $16 soup to be fresh handmade tortillas like last time. That was so disappointing to me. Idk if they switched cooks or were having a lazy day, but this is unacceptable to go so much from one extreme to another. Not only that, I spent $120!! Plus the long drive for really high expectations. I don't think I'll make the drive anymore and I surely won't be recommending them anymore. Whoever your cook who made this was, wasn't very good.

1. They have some tasty food but sometimes it isn't as great bc they don't know how to make it. The last time my grandmother ordered champurrado and they gave her CHOCOLATE MILK. 2. We ordered delivery food today at 4:50 and it's 7:35 right now but it still hasn't gotten here. We called at 6:10 and they said that it was on their way. Called again at 7:00 and they said in 8 minutes so we gave up and are driving there to pick up the food instead. 3. The last time we ordered tortas, what we got was a soggy and squishy torta. Let me just say that we ordered in person and picked it up in person. 4. Overall I like a couple of foods they have to offer but what I get in return isn't up to my expectations or even the delivery that took over two hours, utterly unacceptable.

Worst service I have ever received. Food was bland no flavor. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Foul.

All the taste in Mexican cooking Spicy 🌶 spicy 🥵 We got that !! Oaxaqueño food 🥘 it’s by nature! Enjoy good service also included

I am sike of this if I cotolerate them 0 stars I would because I GOT CHOCOLATE MILK INSTEAD OF CHAMPURRADO! Girl, I could make this at home and make it taste better.

Hidden gem worth stopping at! Authentic and flavorful. Great ambiance, happy staff, and well prepared food! We ordered a variety of things, most everything really was delicious. Its by far the most authentic mexican cuisine in the area. The bakery looked incredible too. The staff was so very polite and helpful.

I give this place one star. Bought a cake in this place , i asked for a box for it and lady behind the counter had the nastiest attitude and said they didn’t have. Then i went to pay and notice that cashier wasn’t wearing his mask the right way, I told the cashier to put up his mask that he was dealing with food and public he also gave a nasty attitude. I really don”t understand how this place is always so full when the costumer service is very bad. The owner should teach manners to all their workers.

Good service I love the food. They make fresh squeeze juices. Love their bakery. Too many drinks 😓

Me gustó el servicio no toda la vida las personas Están alegres pero fui hoy con mi familia y todo bien lo recomiendo más aún las cemitas que hacen son mejores que otro lado. Y pan no digamos todo riquísimo y mi familia feliz.

No se puede comer a gusto con tanto ruido la música demasiado fuerte.
