I moved to NJ from Florida and have been looking for good sushi for two years. This is quite possibly the best I’ve ever had. I ordered one raw and one tempura roll; both were large and so fresh. The man at the register was kind and asked me what I liked then recommended other similar things. Ten out of ten! Can’t wait to start my weekly sushi stops again!!

Sushi is one of my favorite foods, so I was very excited when That Sushi Spot came to Lakewood. The food here is always super fresh. Very easy to order here whether it's in store over the phone or online great service and they listen to your personal instructions. The appetizers are pretty good especially the Sweet Potato Fries with some spicy mayo. Poke Bowls are yum and super filling. Very good lunch specials. My favorite rolls are the Godzilla roll Sharon Roll and the Spider roll.

I really enjoyed the sushi here. Every roll was perfectly made and incredibly fresh. I appreciated the creativity of the rolls they offer and everything tasted delicious. Excellent service and great prices. I will definitely be coming back next time I’m in Lakewood!

Terrible quality(compared to other places I’ve been to), order didn’t even have the right sushi in it when looking at the picture, asked to replace avocado and was still there. They sent me another one for the mistakes they made when it came to the avocado thing but there are just many better options to choose from rather than here.

I took it out but the store looks very nice and clean.
Sushi’s a bit small but tastes great.
