Went here with my mom asked for sauce and never got it. Went here with friends and the inside is never clean there tables always look dirty. My friend got a meal and never got her cup for her drink then when she went up to ask where is her drink she had to pay extra for it. My others friends order was a Big Mac meal and the bun was hard the meat tasted like rubber and the lettuce looked old. Ngl not good Service here.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at any McDonald's by a long shot. The employees ignored my presence at the register the entire twenty minutes I was there, they ran by to get something out of their car and slipped on the rug, made food for other employees before the customers and looked more at their phones rather than they did at the orders on the screens. I understand it's slim pickings with the employee pool, but this was absurd. What is the prerequisite for employment? "Must have a pulse?. DO NOT EVER FREQUENT THIS ESTABLISHMENT! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

I came in today and while i was waiting for my order in the lobby I see these young workers harassing another one of the older workers while she was just trying to do her job. It made me feel very uncomfortable and disappointed that people act that was and that the manager(s) allow it to continue to happen.

Ordered a large regular coffee mid afternoon with 8 creams 8 sugars drive thru server handed a large cup of cold black coffee, went back around drive thru. Complained and manager made it right.
Tighten up your service, it's your only real product.

Coffee was horrible and the staff seemed highly undertrained. And why doesn't US McDonalds have a BLT with egg on a bagel for breakfast? It's really good up here in Canada.

Had a problem with a code from the app and manager comp'd my breakfast! Didn't even realize it til I read my receipt after leaving. Good folks.

Actually witnessed a young woman working the drive-thru pick-up window run her finger around the rim of an iced coffee. She then put her finger in her mouth, sucked off the sweet drink and then grabbed the water - by the lid- that I had purchased. When I asked her to wash her hands and then come back and give me another Dasani - holy cats! if looks could kill!!! Me with X's for eyes!
Come on! Even pre-pandemic sucking on your fingers and handing someone's food out the drive-thru window was frowned upon.
No more chances for my local McDonald's!
