This place is awesome. Came in yesterday to grab some yummies for the kids! I wish I would of gotten the cashier's name but he was the best!! My daughter dropped her froyo within a few minutes of filling up her bowl & he was so kind & offered to replace it!! He was so friendly & his smile helped make my day a little better, cheesy I know, but true. We will be back soon!!!

We need sugar free frozen yogurt, but the girl who works there wasn't able to tell us. And when she gave us a cup, she was holding it with her thumb touching inside of the cup. Just hoping that the management team can train their employee better.

Nice, friendly staff. Clean. Yummy frozen yogurt, tastes just like ice cream. I am lactose intolerant, so the next day wasn't so great. Lactose free would be an awesome idea.

I get peanut butter frozen yogurt all the time at Menchies. It is my favorite. The yogurt from last night was terrible and grainy and not creamy. I asked the cashier and she said they get their yogurt from a new vendor now. I will not be going back to that location. It was awful and a waste of money. Had to throw it out.

Who doesn't love frozen yogurt? There's always a good option of flavors and thisbolace has the most options for toppings in my opinion. I like that it's self serve and you make it just how you want it. The only down side I can think of is that this location doesn't have outdoor seating to enjoy it on a summer day

Had the blueberry bursting boba and I have never had that kind before. The ice cream flavors were alright, fortunately those get rotated out enough that you don't have to live with a bad flavor for long. The toppings were great, and the girl serving was nice and conversational.

Always good frozen yogurt but always worth less than it costs. Almost $12 for a full bowl. Come on Platinum bracelet cost less.

walked in there sunday around noon. no employee there when we walked in. than a young kid showed up saying nothing, just standing behind the counter. did not even ask if we want to try anything just pointing at the cups when we asked. very dissappointing, left without buying anything
