Review 7-eleven - Lakewood

I went to this 7-11 to grab a couple sodas. I had never been to this location and will definitely never come back. When I walked in the cashier was helping someone and I heard her yelling across the store saying something about a restraining order. I looked around and realized she was yelling at me. I asked her if she was talking to me she said yes and was extremely rude telling me I wasn’t supposed to be there and there was a restraining order against me. I tried to explain to her I had no idea what she was talking about and I’m definitely not the person she thinks I am because I’d never been to that 7-11. She continued to be extremely rude, telling me never to come back, told me I was related to some person I’ve never heard of, and that her boss was watching me on camera and they had facial recognition. It was odd and unsettling.

This 7/11 is okay, they did not have a couple of the things I was there for: such as Monster Juice or chocolate chip cookies 3 for $1. They did not have any baskets to carry my purchase in. I felt the parking lot was clean but I would not go to this location at night. I prefer the Bridgeport location and do not recommend this 7/11.

My son and i came in. No one greeted us. The food was old. Hot dogs looked like they had been sitting there fir 6 hours. No pizza or mini tacos either

I went into this place so my toddler could go to the bathroom, the older lady working was incredibly rude to me when I was looking for one. She was just so rude and awful when I asked where it was. It’s cool if y’all want to close bathrooms, but there is no reason to be a compete jerk about it. Avoid this 7/11

Daytime staff is lovely, as when I go, I usually get the owner and his wife. They are super nice and very friendly. Night staff are another story entirely. Most are ok, but one lady is not. She seems to not be all there and doesn't seem to know how to do her job. One guy noticed I was looking at the hot dogs and told me that they weren't fresh, instead of selling me old food. Can't fault that. I like this location a lot but it must be very busy, bc the food section is always picked pretty clean.

Friendly morning clerk, always helpful and friendly!! Store is usually stocked up with large variety of food and some household items. Hot coffee, hot pizza and the super delicious tequilas and hot dogs.

Cashier in the store was lazy and didn't want to do a pay near me transaction even though all you have to do is scan a barcode. MY TIME IS VALUABLE TO ME AND ITS ANNOYING HAVING TO DRIVE TO MULTIPLE 711S JUST TO MAKE A LEGITIMATE TRANSACTION! How I was to refused service at a 24 hour location has me appalled!! I will never go to this location again. Cashier was also very sarcastic and rude.

I wish I could rate this with ZERO STARS. I had the most frustrating experience ever just a few minutes ago and it takes a lot for me to even bother putting in a complaint on an employees customer service, but that has by far been the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. I had the misfortune of dealing with a RUDE employee from this 7-ELEVEN store less than 10 minutes ago. I didn’t catch her name but she is an older Caucasian woman with black curled hair, glasses and a loud disrespectful attitude. All I wanted to do was pay for a CALLING CARD. A $20.00 calling card I had my debit card out and ready. After a few minutes of her failed attempts to swipe and scan the calling card so I could pay for it. She finally gets it right and then looks at me and tells me no exaggeration I swear she goes snootily, “WE ONLY ACCEPT CASH”. I curiously asked her when they started doing this because I just purchased the exact same calling card at that EXACT SAME store not to long ago with my DEBIT CARD. She goes, “HUUUH! What!” I repeated my self and she responds, “OHH well we’ve been doing CASH ONLY for these type of cards for as long as I can remember”. Lord help me I was trying so hard not to speak just as loudly and rudely as she was being with me. I then told her, “ Okay then cancel it and take care of the customer behind me and I’ll just just withdraw cash from the atm machine. Giving me a look I just walked away. Then the damn ATM machine wouldn’t allow me to WITHDRAW money AT ALL. It would only allow me to check my bank balance. I had MORE than enough to withdraw so I could not understand the problem. She was being rude to the customers she was “taking care” of so at that point I just left. I adore @7-ELEVEN BUT THIS PARTICULAR 7-ELEVEN STORE NEVER AGAIN. Not exactly sure what is going on with your management TEAM but i’m guessing ya’ll don’t need the business with how THAT STORE is being run. Thank You, NEXT.
