Very fresh & very friendly employees. I was upset about the ranch. The employee who brought out our food was so polite & explained to me why there was no ranch .
I asked for a side of Western BBQ sauce instead of the regular BBQ sauce and they refused to give it to me citing that they don't have containers and their manager won't let them put it into other containers. I'll go to other Carls Jr's.
Spicy chicken sandwich was a true waste of money. I should have got the Santa Fe Chicken Burger or just settled for a Famous Star.
Very skimpy on condiments. They give you the smallest onion rings with their $5 meal box. And the cris cut fries I ordered, looked like they were re-fried, to make them warmer. They were way darker than normal. The one in the LB Town Center is way better.
