Review 7-eleven - Lakewood

Trash store to buy anything from it I saw a mouse yesterday under a coffee.. for some reason never offered a fresh coffee plus donut too old like 2 or 3 day still offer it to customer I already contact health department about that store BE CAREFUL

This 7-11 is super clean! I've been to many 7-11's and they don't look as clean which is why I love coming back to this one all the time. The morning hispanic woman by the name of Ashley is always keeping this place spotless and I always see her working hard. She is very polite and she's the sweetest. I told her it was my birthday and she sang "Happy Birthday" to me along with another lady. I thought that was very touching. I highly recommend this 7-11. It just makes me feel comfortable with how clean it is. I can't express this enough. I always see the morning lady wash her hands before handing me or other customers food from the grill, the coffee machines are clean, the drinks area is clean.

Wow! I never had coffee in any 7/11 except in 2015 in city of #Alhambra, however, never returned the cashier was too busy friendly with the morning regulars. Yet, I have returned to this location in particular by walking, bus, or on foot (there are at least 2 other closer locations) because Alex the cashier is a professional, friendly, and kind individual. I may not understand everything he says, but his #amazing #customer #friendly #attitude is by far the best I have ever #experienced. BTW, I'm returning tomorrow on Easter Sunday to have coffee, and greet a regular customer or deputy. I read the previous comments @Joseph Torres, ugly lady is probably one of the owners & she probably could not keep up cuz her regular employee called out sick. @Mark Leiderman, so what about the cashier, are you not culturally friendly to foreigners whom take pride in their personal style??? Sounds like he has more confidence to be himself than to worry about what you think about him??? How was the service Leiderman, enough with personally criticizing a place of work. #ShameOnYou... Were you guys raised to focus on the personality of a person at a workplace or were both of you just too high on drugs or alcohol to realize not every person is perfect like you.... #Duh!!! :P

Some weird man here with earings in his ear looking like the Punjab from maharaja is about the most unethical uncouth person and the woman here that's Mexican with black hair who cant pronounce sentances right and get her information straight is just as horrible. Too bad i like the food here but these two people are about as pathetic as one could ever ever want to imagine. 1) I came in here to get a simple soup and some other items to eat one day when the Mexican lady with black hair decided to walk in my direction. After that she bumped into me very rudely. And then tried to say that I pushed her. I never pushed the lady I accidentally bumped into her so it's obvious that this lady is uneducated can't speak proper English and pronounce your sentence is correctly. 2) the other guy that works here with the earrings in his ear tried to take her side and started yelling at me when I was trying to explain the situation. Very unprofessional and very rude walking around with earrings in his ear like he's a girl I guess he wants people to view them as a girl which is why I found it very difficult to reason or understand whatever it was that he was talking about with earrings in his ear. 3) the food here is not that cheap it's very expensive but I come here anyway because of that so every time this lady is here I have a problem with her just because I bumped into her little shoulder as she was walking in my direction when I was out trying to get food. I found it very unprofessional of her and besides that she is extremely ugly and probably cannot keep a man for more than a week without him throwing up or vomiting. 4) If you come in here I would bring my video recorder to record incidents that may happen with the extremely bad customer service from these two people. The other workers are not that bad but for some reason the hearing man likes to challenge customers who come here and buy there food. If you have experienced bad customer service here I would not back down. Write a review online and express your experience and don't back down.

Poor service from the morning cashier (7:50am)

Well I know they’re closed between 12am & 5am because of Covid-19 but I’m posting this at 5:25am still closed with no one in sight. Highly dissatisfied!

Typical 7-Eleven. This one is clean and the staff is polite. Their soda machine seems to give slightly diluted drinks.

Absolutely worst customer service experience at any 7-eleven I've ever had!! My 3 kids went in today to buy 3 fidget spinners. As I waited in the car, they came back from purchasing only to find that one of them did not work properly. At that point, my daughter decided she did not want to use her money on a fidget spinner there. I told her to go ahead and run in quickly and just let them know you want a refund (because nowhere on the receipt does it say no refunds). She was taking too long so I went in only to find that the lady assisting her had simply gave her a different fidget spinner. I told the lady, we don't want another one we want our money back. She immediately had a nasty attitude and said they don't give refunds. I said, nowhere does it say you don't do refunds, in addition to the lack of sign, I've never had an issue returning anything at any 7-eleven. And I've shopped at a variety of 7-elevens. This lady continued being rude even after I asked for her to call her manager because I don't live in that area and could not come back the next day (inconveniently) to get a refund for a defected product they were selling! I mentioned how incredibly shocked I was at the awful customer service here and this lady went on to say that maybe I should have had a better attitude and she might have helped me. And so that made me even more frustrated. So I asked her if that meant that she COULD refund me she just chose not to. This lady was all over the place with her answers, so she started speaking to me in Spanish, assuming I didn't know? But I told her I understood and she continued to rudely dismiss me in Spanish. She then proceeded to tell me that my daughter wanted a different color, not a refund. Which is FALSE. I realized that she was not budging and her co-worker was not helpful as he said he was under her?? So does that mean she is the manager? I was confused and these employees were not helpful-- he however was not rude. I finally took a picture of the receipt l, left all three fidget spinners there and took another picture. I asked for the manager or owners name and she said she didn't know it. I asked for her name and she said she didn't know-- are you kidding me?! I didn't ask for her full name, but as a customer I do have a right to know who I am dealing with. Neither of them had name tags either. Needless to say, I have to go back tomorrow when the owner is in, in hopes that they have better customer service and refund ALL my money. I'm so disappointed in this experience, I will obviously never be going back to that location.
