Fresh Cinnabon smell will attract you. They taste fresh as well. They have few tables to sit down, but the seating area is generally not very cozy and without a good view of shopping ongoings.
I guess I am only rating this place on a couple of things but taste is not one of them as all locations carry the same recipe.
Customer service needs some fine tuning as customer service is not that friendly. Do not get me wrong, they are not mean but need to be more courteous an make you feel like
Same great taste as most Cinnabon. Such a nice mall surfing treat. Love the rolls and the coffee! Great spot right near one of the entrances. Customer service could really use some work though.
Seating is limited, you can find more chairs at the food court. Staff is friendly but a little slow. Also the mocha iced coffee is pretty disgusting & way too sweet, I don't recommend it. Everything else is just like all other cinnabon locations:)
I tried to redeam a welcome offer for a free 4count mini cinnabon. The girl at the counter would not scan the coupon off of my phone and said it had to be printed because they didn't have scanners. If they don't have scanners why is there a barcode on the coupon?

Total guilty pleasure! My sugar fix of the day😁: center of the roll with caramel pecan toppings.
