Terrible. We went through the drive thru and they forgot to add our side that we paid for. The original recipe chicken was old. It was dark brown and salty. This was 6pm, I can't imagine how terrible the chicken must be during non-busy hours.

I come to this KFC often usually at night and too many times I have come to order the same exact thing, honey BBQ wings, and the wings are not coated. Literally just a squirt of sauce on top not even tossed. I’ve even had wings that were not completely cooked but I didn’t know until I was home and they were already closed. That’s not what I pay for especially when there are no other customers or 1 other car at the establishment. I’m tired of it. I love the wings when they are made right but it’s not been done right more times than I like. Usually verbal customer service is great except tonight. We felt rushed.

Have been here a few times because its conveniently located on my commute. Food consistently tastes old, and chewy from being reheated in a microwave. Never asks if you want any sauces, butter or honey. In fact, the employees rarely talk. Several times when I pay with a card, the employee says nothing during the whole exchange. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

On Tuesday I went to KFC on Steilacoom and received horrible service, which usually happens when we go there. This time I wasn't having it so mid order we just left. We ended up here and the guy working the window was great. We asked them if they run out of chicken 1 hour before closing and he explained how they have slow days, but they will drop chicken if a guest doesn't mind waiting for 30 minutes. I said well at least yall give people a choice here. He was very pleasant and my food was pretty good. Not a fan of the cheetos chicken sandwich but if you dip it in cheetos sauce it wasn't bad. I'm just glad the service was quick, pleasant and nothing was missing or incorrect for the first time ever for us in fastfood history, outside of Chic-fil-a that is. His service is the reason it's a 5-star.

The gentleman working the window was very very kind. The food quenched my hunger for chicken. But the young girl working was very impolite and was not nice and showed her work ethic in how she made my food. It was still good but messier than normal. She was rude to her coworker. I don't want any negative repercussions for her.

This restaurant validated to me the reason why not all fast food restaurants are not made equal. The staff have completely different attitudes which says a lot about how much the leadership believes in their mission and vision statement. The chicken was overcooked or had been at least fried more than once because one way or another they managed to scare the flavor away.
I know you are going to be reading this to help finalize your decision. Although there are numerous factors that may come to play in the process. Unless there are no other Fast food restaurants open, please don't go to this location because you are in for some disappointment.
I could have posted some pictures of the food, just that I was hungry and had to suffer through the lack of the much anticipated taste that comes to mind when I think of KFC.

I had to choose a 1 like to be able to do a review . the lady that took our order was great however once we got home there was no hunny or butter that we asked for there was no napkins after being asked to pull around it would be ready in 5 minutes we waited 25 minutes our potatoes were cold so why were we waiting for cold food the chicken was cold and dripping with grease we didnt get the jojos we ordered to top it off there was hair in the gravy and potatoes kfc has lost its standards

Went here to grab up some food the other night. Went through the drive through, pulled up to the window and was told my potatoe wedges would be a 4 min wait. That was fine I wasn't mad. they had me pull up to the bar, where you can clearly see my car sitting the whole time. Waited 20 mins and kept looking in and no one was bringing me my food. So I finally just went in and there were girls eating food behind the food board. I ask where my food is and they said they didn't know they had an order. So I would have been waiting out there for however much longer and they never would have known. I had to re-tell them my order and everything. Maybe if their employees weren't so busy stuffing their faces I could have had my food in a timely manner.
