Fast service and great customer service. After ordering 30mins later the gentleman was polite to rewarm up my pizza, that was a kind offer. Not too crowded.

Went to this Chuck e Cheese just cause it was very close to the mall so we just went.
I do remember us getting food but I did not eat as much so I don't have much of an opinion on the food. the games worked nicely and I had tons of fun just getting tickets. the true highlight of the trip was that Animatronic Mouse that just sang.
Liked it because I am very interested in CEC Animatronics and so It was exciting going up close. prizes were kinda bad but I never really planned on getting a prize anyways.
Yeah 5 stars would go back again if I had the chance too

The only complaint I have. The tables were small. Also it is a little difficult to walk Around the gaming floor. The ticket 🎫🎟🎟🎟counter machines It's in the middle of everything. My little one have fun regardless. But for me I'm not coming back here is just too small for me Also some parents let the little baby crawl on the floor Near the machines. Long story short A baby was crawling towards that racing machines which I was walking👣 tours and I think it was the mom sitting at table on her cell📵. I just turned around↩ went back to playing the ninja turtles

This location has several games/photo attractions that weren't working which was disappointing, especially since it isn't that big of a location. Staff was pleasant, just wish Chuck was a bit more lively. Overhead music was cool...its really hard to say how it is during busy times as we went early on a Monday.
Pizza was pretty good, high chair looked like it could use a good cleaning but other than that, it seemed clean enough. Probably would opt to visit others even tho we came here based off of online reviews.

My experience and expectations for this Chucky cheese location was beyond belief! The employee here by the name of Eddie was incredible he went above and beyond for my family. It was my daughter 3rd birthday and he superseded me and my wife's expectations. I wish I can give that brotha 10 stars because my daughter had a ball and enjoyed herself to the fullest. Eddie needs to be recognized and given some type of compensation for his natural customer service and his knowledge on making it easier for us parents. Very much appreciated and we'll come again in the near future. Hopefully cooperate See's this and reaches out to Eddie to commend his efforts and work. Thank you Chucky cheese Lakewood location! This is 1 of the worst locations. First the A/C didn’t work and it was extremely hot in this place. That was the first thing I noticed. Also, the Games weren’t working!

This location seem smaller than other locations I have been to. Maybe because it's the weekend and raining but it was seriously crowed. We had to walk around the whole area to find seating. This location needs more seating. When we finally found seats it was by the ticket muncher. So there were folks always crowed by our seats and food. Chuck e cheese need to get rid of the tickets and use the cards to keep track of points accumulated. 3 stars because my kid was happy even if I was not.

I had a nice time, however there were two things I didn't like 1. Chuckie wasn't sociable at all, he acted like he didn't want to interact with the children � so I kept my grand daughter away. 2. One of the employees was leaving to go home, I was sitting across from the food station where they place the food to be picked up. Anyway, the employee placed his work shoes on the counter while he got to food to go and when he removed his shoes he didn't bother to clean the counter. To me that is bad practice because if different germs left behind by his shoes. But the pizza and my chicken was delish

Nice place to take the kids. It's better during the week vs the weekend it gets really crowded. It sucks that most machine were down even the redeem tickets machine. Had to wait in line.

Excellent host Tim. We had fun celebration my grandson two years of life. The pizza and wings delicious. I had so much watching him play his games. Chuck e cheese Lakewood the bomb. I will be back for pizza and wings

The staff is usually very nice. The biggest issue I have is chuck e not coming out they play the countdown repeatedly throughout the time we are here. And we come frequently on Fridays between 11-2. If you don't have your people ready to dress up and come out as chuck e stop the freaking count down. It is a huge disappointment to our child everytime

Chuck E Cheese’s has changed a lot. I feel that is not appropriate to sell beer in an area that is meant for children. The real reason for taking the children is to spend quality time with them at the end of a long week of work. Drinking beer in front of them doesn’t give an well example for them as they grow up. That’s my opinion!!

Hadn't been to Chuck E Cheese in years.
The pizza and salad bar were good. Nice employees too! But, you could feel the stickiness on the carpets while walking and as clean as the women's restroom appeared it had a strong odor of old urine.I brought this to the attention of an employee

We love this location. The staff is always very nice and helpful. Tables and restrooms are clean. Our daughter had her birthday party in March and it was awesome, our host was the best.

Omg..this was the worst experience at chuck e cheese I have ever experienced..I have literally been coming to chucke cheese for over 30 years..This is actually my daughters second home.. The Lakewood ca chuck e has gone to heck..kids running on machines..playing with soda machines..throwing ice..fighting.. yelling..uh uh..the busboy or stewardess kept throwing away my food..i literally covered my food with napkins..left pictures..to let them know I was still present..she did this 2 times..Thank goodness they replaced my food with no issues..and we're apologetic..i vowed never to return..but since my kids believe this to be the second happiest place on earth..I will probably return during the weekday..instead of a weekend..i nearly lost my mind..wont ever let a family outting irritate me so much again
